About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated React Fresher Developers who are passionate about building modern, scalable web applications. If you have completed a full-stack or React development course and are eager to apply your skills in real-world projects, we would love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to dynamic, collaborative teams.

Mandatory Requirements

Completed a 6-month structured certification program in one of the following:

• Full-Stack Development (MERN / MEAN / Django + React)
• React.js Development

Solid understanding of:

• React fundamentals (Hooks, Props, State, Components)
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Git / GitHub (basic usage acceptable)
• At least one completed academic or internship project demonstrating your coding skills.

Preferred / Bonus Advantage

Experience with chatbots or AI-powered conversational interfaces is a plus. This could include:

• Platforms / frameworks like Dialogflow, RASA, IBM Watson, Botpress, or OpenAI API
• Custom chatbot development using Node.js or Python
• A project demonstrating chatbot integration or implementation

Note: A chatbot-related project or feature will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js and modern front-end technologies
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and contribute to product features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Continuously explore, learn, and implement new technologies and best practices

NOTE: Laptop with high speed internet is mandatory and the candidate must be based in Chennai.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
• Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

• Participate heavily in the brainstorming of UI/UX architecture and feature design
• Interface with external customers and key stakeholders to understand and document design requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, BD, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive best coding practices across the company (i.e. documentation, code reviews, coding standards, etc)
• Perform security, legal, and license reviews of committed code
• Complete projects with little or no supervision from senior leadership

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in front-end web development with the following tools: HTML5, CSS, Webpack, Responsive web design, ReactJS (Components, Router, Redux, Flux, Chart Libraries i.e. Google Charts), Node.js, REST APIs, and other essential features)
• Built and deployed customer-facing services and products at scale
• Developed unit and integration tests
• Solid instruction-level understanding of Object Oriented design, data structures, and software engineering principles

• You have a strong background in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
• Experience with open source projects in a startup environment
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems that have thousands of microservices and manages millions of transactions per day
• Worked on products where experimentation and data science are core to the development
• Experience with Python and API frameworks (Flask)
• BS, MS or equivalent

Skills

• Have published at least one original React JS Application.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Roles 

Should be able to single-handedly build performant mobile apps on the React JS platform. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities 

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across web platforms.
• Leverage APIs for deep integrations with web platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
