We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end developer. Front end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front end developers are required to work in teams alongside back end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role: React UI Lead

Exp: 8+ Years

CTC: up to 30 LPA

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Proven experience (>8 years) as a UI developer with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript 
• Proven experience in front-end frameworks React (must), Angular(good to have), Vue.js(good to have). 
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Experience leading a team of UI developers in an agile environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled React Engineer with over 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js.
• Create reusable and modular components to ensure consistency and efficiency in development.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly features.

• Integrate APIs and manage state effectively using tools like Redux, Context API, or React Query.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Development family is responsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required with Masters, or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• 7+ Years of Active Development Experience/ Expertise in Java/J2EE Based Applications proven ability with Hibernate, JPA, Spring, Spring MVC
• Exposure to XML/XSD, JSON and similar data presentation components
• Familiarity with Microservices based architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to develop and work with REST APIs using Spring Boot framework.
• Knowledge of IBM MQ and messaging protocols such as JMS
• Understanding of Unix/Linux OS including shell scripting
• Strong database and PL/SQL skills
• Experience with CI/CD technologies like GIT, Jenkins, JoCoCo and Maven
• Experience with UI frameworks - Angular, NodeJS and NPM is a plus
• Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and similar UI frameworks (jQuery, React Angular) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
