Designation: Founders Office Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founders Office Associate. The Founders Office Associate will support the founders in day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, managing schedules, conducting research, and assisting in project management. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, as well as contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Location - Chembur, Mumbai

Qualifications

• Administrative and Coordination Skills: Schedule management, meeting coordination, correspondence handling
• Research and Analytical Skills: Conducting research, preparing reports, product demos and presentations
• Project Management and Strategic Planning Skills: Assisting in project management, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or financial sector is a plus

Person should have strong knowledge in -

1. Core Java,

2. JSP

3. Spring Framework,

4. Spring Boot,

5. SOAP and REST Webservices

6. Application Security.

Person should have 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Java and the above-mentioned related technology.

Person should have good Oracle Database knowledge and have good communication skills.

Having work experience in BFSI domain will added advantage

Person needs to work from Mumbai location and also available to join the office

• CA or MBA qualification
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification Experience in Finance (preferably in NBFC for few years)
• Ability to understand the intricacies of Finance, Ind-AS, Tax and Regulations
• Able to work with CEO and Senior management
• Manage the finance & accounts team, to deliver high-performance

What Will You Be Doing?

• Closely work with CEO and provide finance support to achieve business goals
• Responsible for the Finance Team of NFS (as a Head of Finance) – set aspiring goals, continuously connect & provide feedback to bring out the best from the team
• Insightful BU reporting (Internal) to highlight the deviation from plan & scope for improvement
• Timely and reliable submission of Statutory reporting and drive 100% compliance
• Create value through cost savings champion and tax optimization
• Present financial performance and other matters, to CEO and Board
• Timely audit of accounts (as per companies act), RBI and Taxation
• Responsible for managing Internal Audit and continuously monitor controls & efficiency
• Responsible to manage banking relationship for the operational banking
• Drive systems & process improvements and ensure robust internal controls
