We’re growing quickly—and now we’re searching for an elite GTM leader to help build the category, accelerate adoption, and shape the company’s future.

This is not a conventional marketing job. This is a founder-track leadership role, compensated through meaningful equity and long-term ownership.

The Role

You will own a go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, messaging, demand generation, and category creation for a rapidly scaling AI platform. You’ll work directly with the founder, influence product direction, and run GTM execution end-to-end.

Turn a powerful AI product into a dominant category leader—and build the engine that drives customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue.

What You’ll Lead

• GTM Strategy & Category Design
• Define ICPs, segmentation, competitive positioning, and market entry strategies.
• Messaging & Narrative
• Craft the story, the pitch, the website voice, and the entire external narrative.
• Brand Building & Awareness
• Build campaigns, lead content strategy, thought leadership, and event presence.
• Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
• Launch targeted outbound programs, partner playbooks, and funnel acceleration plans.
• Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
• Support introductions, collaborations, and co-selling motions.
• Leadership & Future Co-Founder Responsibilities
• Shape company direction, influence product roadmap, and guide GTM hires as we scale.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who has operated at the top of the GTM and marketing stack:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, marketing leadership, or growth roles
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or enterprise tech
• Has built or executed focused, non-spray-and-pray GTM motions (ICP-led, data-driven, outcome-oriented)
• Strong in messaging, content strategy, category design, and competitive positioning
• Comfortable advising C-suite and operating like a fractional CMO or founder
• Excellent communicator (written, narrative, pitch, storytelling)
• Preferably based in an English-speaking region (US/UK/Canada/Australia/Singapore)

1. Excellent design coordination with Project Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Environmental, Façade, etc. for planning and designing of high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality & Institutional projects.

2. Coordinating with legal, liaisoning, marketing, and sales departments to provide all necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments, area statements, etc.

3. Coordinate with various agencies to get NOCs for sanctioning work.

4. Producing detailed drawings for the Execution team on time, monitoring & coordinate with the project team for smooth execution of work. Site checking & site coordination for projects.

5. Documentation, Fair Knowledge of NBC, Local Government Body Building rules, Fire Norms, Environment Norms, Rera and its documentation, Master plans, Land use & zoning.

6. Review construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolve them on the drawing board with all the consultants involved.

7. Coordination with the site team, vendors/contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.

8. Managing and maintaining drawing deliverable records, and Safeguarding the project drawings & documents.

9. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections & compile project specifications and Keep within budgets and timelines.

10. Following the latest materials, architectural trends, and advancements, an understanding of all aspects of the design.

Job Requirements

• Experience in ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, ES6.
• Knowledge of Unit testing frameworks..

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain software applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.

Critical Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with business analysts/product managers to estimate and design effective, scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business initiatives and objectives
• Develop and design software/platform that meets business requirements and technical design
• Troubleshoot pre- and post-production implementations and Handle the team
• You will provide back-end functionality that can run smoothly from any device or browser type
• Propose new ideas when there is strong business value and stay up to date on the latest technology trends and techniques.

Critical Skills & Experiences:

• At least 9+ years of experience developing in Java technologies with equivalent experience in systems analysis, OO design, OO programming and debugging skills
• Deep Understanding of Web UI, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Integration with 3^rd party API’s.
• ReactJS – Must (min 7 years exp ) with nodejs.
• At least 9 years of experience in Java Spring Boot Framework development
• 7 years of experience in any Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• At least 7 years of web services and relational database experience (preferably Mysql)
• At least a year of Elastic search experience
• Experience developing RESTful web services (preferably micro services)
• Experience with UNIX/Linux command line and shell scripting
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams
• Any level of experience with JIRA or any other issue tracking technology
• Experience with Java application profiling and profiling tools
• Bachelor’s degree or the above equivalent skills and years of experience
• Should be able to manage end-to-end single handedly with prior experience
• Full stack developer overall with at least 9yrs experience.

We are searching for a Senior Full Stack developer to help us to work on our Client projects.

• Experience with developing real-time application & advance level web projects & mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3
• Good working experience in advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as React.js, Node.js, Mobx, Bootstrap, Next.js
