● Candidate should be Currently working in a sales role (not just past experience).

● Candidate should have B2B sales background, ideally dealing with brands or agencies

● Candidate should have experience in Service Sales only, not in product or other sales.

● Candidate must have Experience in Service industry sales – particularly in media, advertising, marketing, influencer, branded content, or digital solutions

● Strong track record of new business acquisition (not just account management)

● Ability to pitch, close, and grow media campaigns, IP sponsorships, or marketing retainers. ( Need someone who can actively engage with and secure brands, either for collaborations with company's marketing team or for sponsorship of the events company organize. )

● Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company is required

Job Profile - 

1. Accounting, Taxation and MIS

2. Lead 2-3 team members

Responsibilities:

1. Daily and monthly MIS

2. Manage all accounting transactions (Purchase, Sale, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Vouchers etc.)

3. Prepare financial statements

4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

6. Ensure timely bank payments to vendors 

7. Ensure timely bank receipts from customers

8. GST and TDS payments and monthly, quarterly and annual returns

9. ⁠PF, PT compliance 

10. Accounts basic concepts and fundamentals

We are hiring for a Software Engineer Team Lead - Backend, to join our education-focused fintech lending startup, GrayQuest. Our core product is a combination of a lending product, a rewards product and an insurance product to redefine the education fees payment across the country.

• Participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Develop back-end components, services, and APIs. Support integration of user-facing elements, and collaborate closely with the design and front-end development team.
• Write elegant, effective, and scalable code while maintaining the highest level of coding standards.
• Take complete ownership of projects and ensure timely deliveries
• Ability to debug, refine, review, and deploy code
• Work closely with the QA team to test, and document project features.
• Ability to interact with all stakeholders. Understand business requirements, and effectively convert them into technical specifications

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Python Developer (3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django Rest, Flask)

• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
