At CoinCROWD, we're making crypto spending as easy as ordering a pizza, except, you know, without the delivery fees. Our CROWD Wallet is designed for seamless transactions, and we need a Flutter wizard who can make our app feel smooth, fast, and delightful on both iOS and Android.

What You'll Be Doing :

As a key member of our mobile team, you'll :

• Leading and architecting Crowd wallet
• Build and maintain a high-performance Flutter app that works flawlessly across iOS and Android.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate blockchain-powered features into our app.
• Optimize the app for performance, battery efficiency, and smooth animations (no janky scrolling allowed ).
• Implement beautiful, pixel-perfect UI designs (yes, designers will judge your padding choices).
• Debug and fix issues before users even notice them. (We believe in proactive problem- solving, not patching up disasters.)
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates, best practices, and new technologies.
• Participate in team debates about the best state management solution (Provider? Riverpod? Bloc? Fight me!).

What We Need From You :

• 7+ years of mobile development experience (Flutter being your main focus).
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management techniques.
• Experience with both iOS and Android development, you should know what makes them different and how to handle platform-specific quirks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and GraphQL.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices (We dont want any "Oops, I leaked private keys" moments).
• Knowledge of blockchain tech or crypto wallets is a plus.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Cross functional leadership ability and stakeholder management.
• A sense of humor and ability to survive in a fast-moving startup environment.

We are looking for a talented Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart, as well as experience

developing mobile apps for Android and iOS. The successful candidate will be

responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile apps

Responsibilities:
