About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Lead to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports for management and stakeholders.

Vendor & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, invoice verification, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory records, stock movement, and reconciliations.
- Resolve inventory and operational issues efficiently.
General Finance Operations
- Manage banking-related activities.
- Coordinate with external accounting and Chartered Accountant (CA) firms.
- Handle additional finance-related responsibilities assigned by the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com or equivalent qualification is preferred.
