Key Responsibilities
Customer Styling & Consultation
- Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations based on customer preferences, body type, and current fashion trends.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and complete looks for occasions, daily wear, or professional styling needs.
- Offer expert guidance on fit, silhouette, color combinations, and garment coordination.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and styling expertise.
- Understand customer needs and help them make confident purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a premium in-store experience.
Merchandising & Visual Presentation
- Assist in visual merchandising, mannequin styling, and store display updates based on seasonal trends.
- Ensure product presentation meets brand standards and enhances customer engagement.
- Keep track of inventory, new arrivals, and styling possibilities to support sale conversions.
Trend Awareness & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with global and local fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and seasonal collections.
- Understand brand lines, product features, materials, and care instructions to educate customers effectively.
Store Operations
- Support daily store activities including stock management, billing assistance, and maintaining store hygiene.
- Coordinate with the store manager and sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, best-selling products, and styling needs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Fashion Consultant, Stylist, Personal Shopper, or similar role in the apparel/fashion industry.
- Strong sense of fashion, styling, color theory, and current trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Education in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, or Retail Management is a plus.
