Enterprise Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Assist in writing compelling and SEO-optimized content across platforms to drive user engagement.
2. Webinar Management: Plan, organize, and host webinars to engage with the community and deliver valuable insights.
3. Video Editing: Help edit and create engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
4. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.

Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.

Implement routine maintenance tasks and updates to keep the IBM BPM system up-to-date.

Administer user access and security settings for IBM BPM applications.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure secure and compliant access controls.

Install, configure, and maintain IBM BPM software and associated components.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IBM BPM, providing timely support to end-users.

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize IBM BPM solutions.

Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical IBM BPM data.

Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery processes.

Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and tuning activities.

Collaborate with development teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks.

Extensive knowledge of Windows Server Technologies, Linux, and VMware

Good Experience is managing WebSphere cells, clusters, and nodes.

As its 6 Days working Mon-Saturday will be WFO

1. SAP SD(Sales and Distribution) - HANA Sales of S/4 HANA

2. O2C(Order To Cash ) business process expertise,

3. SAP SD Implementation/Support/Development project expertise.

4. Exposure to SAP SD configurations (O2C processes, Pricing Procedure, Revenue account determination, Credit Management, Rebate Processing, Batch Management, Consignment, Stock transport orders)

5. S/4 Migration/Implementation/AMS experience

Required Python ,R

work in handling large-scale data engineering pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
Ability to work quickly and accurately on multiple projects.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience selling
• Experience in tech sales is a huge plus
• Minimum 1 yr experience working in international market (US, EU, MEA, APAC)
• Exposure of handling client relationship in any form
• Aptitude for sales and hunger for success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving ability
• Efficient time management and a never give-up attitude

• Proficient in Java, Node or Python
• Experience with NewRelic, Splunk, SignalFx, DataDog etc.
• Monitoring and alerting experience
• Full stack development experience
• Hands-on with building and deploying micro services in Cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with terraform w.r.t Infrastructure As Code
• Should have experience troubleshooting live production systems using monitoring/log analytics tools
• Should have experience leading a team (2 or more engineers)
• Experienced using Jenkins or similar deployment pipeline tools
• Understanding of distributed architectures
