Enterprise Sales Executive

We're a fast-growing, Bharat-focused consumer app portfolio (matrimony, health, dating platforms) looking for a hands-on Recruiter-cum-HR generalist to own hiring and people operations as we scale our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing roles across design, marketing, tech, and content
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline across job portals and referrals
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and offer rollouts for new hires
• Own HR operations - leave tracking, payroll coordination, compliance basics
• Support performance management processes including PIPs and appraisal cycles
• Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and maintain a healthy team culture
• Draft and refine JDs, interview scorecards, and hiring workflows as the team grows

Requirements

• 2+ years in recruitment/HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (English); multilingual is a plus
• Comfortable working with small, lean teams and wearing multiple hats
• High ownership mindset - this isn't a "just post JD and wait" role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department. Located in Coimbatore, the Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, guiding student projects, and conducting research. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing lecture materials, evaluating student performance, mentoring students, and participating in faculty meetings. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development and engaging in departmental activities.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Computer Science and Engineering subjects

Experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels

Research skills and the ability to guide student projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in curriculum development and academic assessment

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Build campaign generation services which can send app notifications at a speed of 10 million a minute
• Dashboards to show Real time key performance indicators to clients
• Develop complex user segmentation engines which creates segments on Terabytes of data within few seconds
• Building highly available & horizontally scalable platform services for ever growing data
• Use cloud based services like AWS Lambda for blazing fast throughput & auto scalability
• Work on complex analytics on terabytes of data like building Cohorts, Funnels, User path analysis, Recency Frequency & Monetary analysis at blazing speed
• You will build backend services and APIs to create scalable engineering systems.

• 2-5 years of experience in backend development and must have worked on Java/shell/Perl/python scripting.
• Solid understanding of engineering best practices, continuous integration, and incremental delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, debugging and troubleshooting skills, product line analysis.
• Follower of agile methodology (Sprint planning, working on JIRA, retrospective etc).
• Proficiency in usage of tools like Docker, Maven, Jenkins and knowledge on frameworks in Java like spring, spring boot, hibernate, JPA.
• Ability to design application modules using various concepts like object oriented, multi-threading, synchronization, caching, fault tolerance, sockets, various IPCs, database interfaces etc.
• Hands on experience on Redis, MySQL and streaming technologies like Kafka producer consumers and NoSQL databases like mongo dB/Cassandra.
• Knowledge about versioning like Git and deployment processes like CICD.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
