Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience to develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, and API integration, and be passionate about building smooth, high-performance apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver quality applications.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Deploy apps on Play Store and App Store.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, State Management (GetX / Provider / Bloc).
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and Git.
• Understanding of app architecture, UI/UX, and responsive design.
• Experience in publishing mobile apps.

Good to Have

• Experience with native Android/iOS development.
• Knowledge of Flutter Web or Desktop.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Expertise:

● Experience with native Mobile app development in Flutter.

● Working knowledge on MVVM/MVP architecture

● Strong knowledge on mobile app development cycle and design principles

● Good understanding of Android/iOS design guidelines

● Experienced in building mobile applications that utilizes web services (REST/JSON)

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Bitbucket

Competitive Skills:

● Prior experience on Flutter/dart app development

Role and Responsibilities:

● Design & implement new apps based on the product requirements using Flutter framework

● Maintain existing codebases

● Build reusable code and libraries for future use

● Integrate user interfaces elements developed by other developers

● Build user interfaces designed by UI/UX designers

● Integrate various SDKs and APIs from third parties

● Debug existing apps components, fix issues and avoid regressions

● Collaborate closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers

● Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews

● Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

● Follow the company guidelines and best practices

● Taking ownership of your work

Primary Skills : 

● 2+ year of experience developing React Native / Android applications.

● Excellent command over React Native ecosystem, Android Native SDKs, and third-party

SDKs.

● Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including TypeScript, ES6+ syntax

and tooling.

● Good knowledge and application of algorithms and data structures with space and time

complexities

● Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code with unit tests.

● Familiarity with native build tools like Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)

● Follow Industry Coding standards & be responsible for writing maintainable/

scalable/efficient code to solve business problems.

● Knowledge of object-oriented programming

• Be proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Git and Jenkins.
