Skills Needed :-

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of current customers.

What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like:
- 2+ years of working experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Customer Onboarding roles at SaaS companies.
- Good communication skills especially with Enterprise customers from around the globe are necessary.
- Must have experience in upselling, cross selling and gauge customer requirements.
- Must have good presentation skills and hold of understanding customer’s business requirements.
- Will have worked on KPIs - customer retention, upsell revenue, cross sell revenue, QBR(Quarterly Business Reviews), referrals.
- Knows how to be the customer's voice in the company to ensure they get maximum value from upcoming product features.
- Must have experience of tracking product usage and instrumentation for Customer Success Management.
- May have experience driving customer advocacy programs along with Sales and Marketing teams to build customer referral, customer case studies and testimonials.
Work Expectations:
Within 1 month
- You should have a complete hold of the product and value customers are getting from it.

- Drive at least 1 QBR from existing customers.
Within 3 months
- You need to have a clear understanding of onboarding customers.
- Suggest CR(Customer Requests) for the Product team to evaluate and consider in the product roadmap.
- Complete atleast 5 QBRs and also engage with 15+ customers from your book of business to ensure they get value++.
- Understand how to build the engagement pipeline for each of the customers you are owning and document all engagements.

POSITION: Quality Assurance Automation Analyst
DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Assurance Automation Analyst works with the QA staff to perform Quality Assurance Automation planning, application testing and developing scripts using established automated testing tools before and after production implementation. Focus on creating test scripts, and frameworks and executing functional, regression and end-to-end automated scripts for products' front-end and back-end applications. This role is responsible for executing the automated regression tests before release and on demand. The candidate should be willing to step into a Manual QA role and perform Manual Testing on a need basis.

Client’s cloud strategy is based around a dual vendor solutioning model, utilising AWS and Azure services. This enables us to access more technologies and helps mitigate risks across our infrastructure.
The Infrastructure Services Team is responsible for the delivery and support of all infrastructure used by Client twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The team’s primary function is to install, maintain, and implement all infrastructure-based systems, both On Premise and Cloud Hosted. The Infrastructure Services group already consists of three teams:
1. Network Services Team – Responsible for IP Network and its associated components 2. Platform Services Team – Responsible for Server and Storage systems 3. Database Services Team – Responsible for all Databases
This role will report directly into the Infrastructure Services Manager and will have responsibility for the day to day running of the multi-cloud environment, as well as playing a key part in designing best practise solutions.
