Engineering Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Package Designer & Digital Sketch Artist to join our team with 3yrs-5yrs Experience. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and designing compelling packaging that aligns with brand identity and appeals to the target audience. Your ability to bring ideas to life through digital illustration and packaging mockups will play a key role in enhancing product appeal and driving consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original packaging concepts and designs from ideation to production-ready files.
• Create detailed digital sketches, illustrations, and concept art to visualize packaging ideas.
• Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and branding teams to ensure cohesive design alignment.
• Translate brand strategies into functional, innovative, and visually appealing packaging solutions.
• Prepare dielines and production files with accurate dimensions and specifications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay current with trends in packaging and digital design.
• Review proofs and ensure final designs meet production and quality standards.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in packaging design and digital illustration.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital sketching tools (e.g., Procreate, Sketchbook, Wacom, or iPad).
• Strong understanding of printing techniques, materials, and packaging construction.
• Excellent drawing and digital rendering skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in building reusable, and modular UI components and ensure cross browser compatibility.
• 3+ years developing, deploying, and supporting web applications built on framework. like Django/ NodeJS/ ReactJS.
• Must have 3+ years of current experience in Python or Go
• Knowledge in writing automated tests
• Proficient in High Level Systems Integration Design
• Understanding of Accessibility and internationalization
• Proficient in source control using GitHub
• Experience with building and maintaining a SaaS product at scale
• Write code that is tested and testable and you take responsibility for the quality of the code you produce. You will be helping build the best user experience for our Anaplan platform.
• Work in a hybrid cloud infrastructure, considering the implementation of functionality through several distributed components and services.

Role Description:

Ensure successful project completion by understanding client expectations, overseeing operations on key projects and coaching a team of 7 - 10. It's an opportunity to work with top 10 market research firms, or large corporations, leverage Ugam's proven project management frameworks, and collaborate with some of the most experienced in market research

Key Responsibilities: AEM Developer:

• Experience implementing Adobe AEM (AEM 6.4 or higher)

• Design, develop and support AEM content fragments, integrations, and applications

• Experience with secure coding practices

• Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment.

• Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns

• Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment

• Experience with dispatcher, caching

• Experience with OSGI Bundles.

• Hands on experience with Java/J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CRXDE, JCR, sling models, sling servlets, OSGI configurations,

• AEM dispatcher configuration, workflows, content fragment models, dynamic templates, and components creation.

• OSGI Architecture Sling Servlets and Sling Framework

• Strong experience in Adobe CQ5/AEM6.x Content Management (CMS)

• Experience of creating OSGI bundles, AEM Templates/Components, Workflow

• Identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.

• Good in Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency design patterns

• Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) and knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling.

• Should have experience in designing modules, templates and components.

• Exposure to more than one end to end implementation on AEM Qualifications AEM Certification is an add on
