Strong Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building production-grade systems in a B2B SaaS or product environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using at least one backend framework such as FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), or Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have a solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including API development, service-oriented architecture, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including efficient data modeling and query optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services, including integrations with external systems (CRMs, payment gateways, ERPs, data platforms, etc.)

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and be familiar with Git-based collaborative development workflows

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, fintech applications, or SaaS revenue-related workflows is highly preferred

Role: Senior Backend Developer

Exp: 4 - 7 Years

CTC: up to 22 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask).
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices.
• Implement event-driven architecture leveraging NATS messaging server.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications in Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO)

Experience Required: 4.5+ years

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4.5+ years of experience in Java Development
• Hands-on experience with AWS in a production environment

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, Multithreading, and REST APIs
• Practical knowledge and experience working with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications
• Implement and integrate AWS services to ensure scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Front-end developers
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and documentation
• Handle deployments and production support if needed

Job Details: 

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development
• Experience in an Object Oriented Programming language such as Java is a must
• The candidate must be a hands-on coder doing active development
• Extensive experience programming in Java Application Development & RESTful API
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies is optional but good to have
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, workflows, and design patterns

Have an experience building backend server side applications in Node.js and Express.js

Have in-depth knowledge and experience of using ES6+ features and Object Oriented Principles

Have sound knowledge and are familiar with databases like MongoDb - (Preferred) and Mysql.

Have good exposure to cloud native technologies (AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, etc) 

Have working knowledge of version control (Git) and continuous deployment 

Have experience in optimising backend API’s and database queries for optimal performance.

You are good at problem solving and have analytical skills 

You are flexible in adapting new technologies and frameworks as per the projects needs
