Engineering Manager

Role & Responsibility -:

Create close working relationships with Product, Strategy, Marketing, and Engineering, to shape and deliver design vision and strategy

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Practice an iterative, user-centered design approach and create best-in-class deliverables in every phase of the UX design lifecycle.

Lead discovery sessions and brainstorms.

Develop user flows, wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites, feature function and look like

Present concepts, ideas and potential solutions to stakeholders and senior management and implement their feedback.

Participate actively in UX testing and revise designs after synthesizing test results.

Utilize deep knowledge of UX best practices and trends in media, online learning and emerging

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Creating and maintaining a site-wide style guide

Job Title : Lead System Administrator / Team Leader – Server Administration (NOC)

Experience : 12 to 16 Years

Location : Bengaluru (Whitefield / Domlur) or Coimbatore

Work Mode : Initially Work From Office (5 days/week during probation), Hybrid thereafter (3 days WFO)

Salary : Up to ₹28 LPA (including 8% variable)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead System Administrator / Team Leader to manage our server administration team and ensure the stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands technical depth, strategic thinking, and excellent team management capabilities.

Mandatory Skills :

• Windows Server Administration
• Citrix, VMware, and Hypervisor Platforms
• 1–2 Years of Team Lead / Leadership Experience
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform / Ansible

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of system/server administrators.
• Manage installation, configuration, and support of Windows-based physical & virtual servers.
• Ensure optimal uptime, performance, and availability of server infrastructure.
• Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and backup systems.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies & capacity planning.
• Collaborate with security, application, and network teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, asset inventories, and architectural documentation.
• Drive compliance with IT policies and audit standards.
• Provide on-call support and lead incident management for server-related issues.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ Years in server/system administration, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficient in automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Certifications like MCSA/MCSE, RHCE are a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and team management skills.

>   Implementation of EHS Global Standards, Like work permit system , LOTO Permit , contractor safety management , chemical safety management , Personnel protective equipment, Incident reporting and investigation , Risk Assessment and process hazard analysis, change control management, Employee Engagement , Machine Safety procedure etc.

'    Evaluation of training need assessment and ensure the compliance as per calender.

>   EHS round on monthly basis with engaging department SLT's, shift in charges and EHS profesionals.

>   Creating awareness among employees and workers by celebrating EHS Programs — National Safety Week, Road Safety Week, Fire Service week etc.

Ø Encourage near miss reporting, employee's reward and recognitions.

>   Development of departmental EHS coordinators, encourage them to report unsafe observations , near miss reporting , conducting department EHS meet , participation in EHS promotional activities.

Ø Ensure electrical safety with coordination engineering department.

>   Conducting job safety analysis, Risk Assessment & Process hazard analysis.

Ø Ensure standard PPE's requirement, use of need base PPE's and its safe disposal.

>   Encourage and ensure incident reporting & investigation, root cause analysis and compliance of corrective action and preventive action.

>   Ensure emergency preparedness and response compliance and ready to operate 24X7 fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant System, Fire alarm system, Public Announcement System, SCBA ,Safety shower, Spill control Kit, ambulance etc.

'    Ensure pressure vessel, Lifting tool tackles, hoist and lifts etc. testing and compliance, form-9, form-33 etc.

>   Workplace health & hygiene monitoring.

>   Ensure the compliance of EHS legal register and compliance register.
