Role & Responsibilities:

• Individuals are responsible for all traditional development activities analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Add new features to existing Windows and Web-based applications in Visual Studio 2019. Interacting with internal team.
• Transform business and design needs into innovative products.

Qualifications:

• B.E in computer science or related fields.
• Hand on development experience with web & database technologies (MS SQL).
• Excellent programming & communication skills Strong problem solving, judgmental, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work at the tactical and strategic levels of IT initiatives.
• Impressive hands-on experience in .Net technologies. Impressive hands-on experience and knowledge with C#, SQL, JSON, XML, Win Forms & MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery , HTML/CSS.

• Proficiency in ( C# | Visual Basic, depending on the specific project )
• Experience using .NET ( 4.5+ | Core )
• Experience in developing ( ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core MVC ) applications
• Senior knowledge of ( Entity Framework 6.* | EF Core | NHibernate | ADO.NET )
• Proficient knowledge in ( MSSQL | MySQL | Oracle | other RDBMS )
• Database design including indexes and data integrity ( if RDBMS is required )
• Dependency injection pattern and IoC containers using at least one of: Autofac, Unity, Ninject, and/or SimpleIoc
• Writing tests with ( NUnit | XUnit | MSTest )
• Implementing enterprise application patterns ( if senior developer is required )
• Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS
• Familiarity with the client side framework ( jQuery | Angular 1.* | Angular 2.*+ | React | other )
• Familiarity with ( Kendo UI | DevExpress | Syncfusion ) 
• Integrating web analytics tools ( particularly Google Analytics )
• Familiarity with ( Azure Web Apps | AWS Cloud )

• Develop client projects using Asp.net core 3.1 and above, MySQL Database, Azure Functions, CosmosDB, C#.
• Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and results of client projects
• Gather technical requirements as needed
• Create and update, design and functional documents
• Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Perform a new development as required
• Implement project applications according to specifications
• Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance client websites
• Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high-performing Web Applications
• Unit test code to ensure quality

• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
• Angular will be an advantage
• Able to work well in a team setting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8-12 years’ of industry experience in programming web applications, mobile and/or large scale enterprise products
• Deep knowledge of C#, ASP, .NET, MVC, .Net core
• Deep knowledge and extensive experience working on Ruby or React and JavaScript, as required
• Experience with XML, ADO/ADO.NET, LINQ, AJAX, IIS
• Extended experience with SQL, relational and non-relational databases
• Experience in TFS and Visual Studio
• Hands on experience with SDLC and programming design patterns
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Skillful at reviewing new feature impact on an application and recognizing potential risks
• Uses time effectively and efficiently
• Quickly learns new technologies
• Detailed oriented, professional and possesses a positive work attitude
• Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Effective time management skills
• Knowledge on UI technologies will be plus

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.
• Conducts systems analysis and makes recommendations to improve the system to achieve an outcome.
• Promotes internal best practices and coding conventions to write and execute tests for your own code, including creating comprehensive unit tests.
• Contributes to Technical Requirements Documents.
• Requests constructive feedback for designs early in the process.
• Communicates successfully with large teams and many stakeholders.
• Provides mentorship for Software Engineers and participates in interview panels to hire new Software Engineers.
• Assists in removing obstacles for the team to yield successful sprints.
• Performs peer code reviews to ensure quality of the codebase.
• Ability to decompose and delegate work to junior engineers.
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
• Works effectively with multiple projects and features.
