Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Java 21, Spring Boot, and Hibernate), Angular (v19), and AWS to lead agile scrum teams and drive end-to-end feature delivery.

Key Skills Required :

• Java 21, Spring Boot MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate, Gradle
• Angular 19, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs
• PostgreSQL / RDBMS / NoSQL
• AWS services: S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch
• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub), Docker
• Unit Testing (Jasmine/Karma or Jest)
• Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Strong in design patterns, OOPs concepts, and performance optimization
• Excellent debugging and communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack solutions
• Lead sprint tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and convert requirements into technical specs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow DevOps/CI-CD best practices
• Guide team members and promote technical best practices

• 7+ years of experience in IT
• Demonstrable expertise in Golang development services, including a deep understanding of its syntax, advanced features, and standard library
• Familiarity with Go routines and channel patterns, as well as experience in writing high-performance Go code
• Solid grasp of web development fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS protocols, RESTful API design, data structures, and WebSockets
• Experience with designing and implementing microservices in Go and an understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

About our Engineering Department

We build new features on top of a stack using YII2 framework, consisting of web apps communicating through APIs, backed by MySQL databases and currently using Cordova for our Android and iOS apps
We don’t follow rigid Scrum or Kanban, but we do work in an agile, iterative way – we deploy changes multiple times a week to production and try to continuously improve and implement what works for us.

Here are some things you’ll be doing in the role (but not limited to):

Writing code, code reviews, fixing bugs, optimising server response, etc.
Understanding the problems to be solved, and breaking these down into small, actionable tasks.

So, what are we specifically looking for?

About 1-4 years experience in PHP framework, including both successes and failures, which help you make better decisions.
Good working knowledge of PHP MVC Frameworks, MySQL & HTML/CSS.
Significant experience in working on major systems in one or more languages: ideally you’ve built REST API endpoints on top of data storage layers, and understand concepts like authentication, caching, web security, and the way that frontends consume APIs.

• Having 2-4 yrs of experience
• Have good knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, j Query.
• Html to wordPress integration
• Must have Core PHP Knowledge
• Develop and maintain code for various PHP applications.
• Create unique designs.
• Develop website using wordPress
• Create new wordPress theme using various plugins
• User interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Good Communication Skills.

• Experienced in C# MVC
• Should have good knowledge in JavaScript, SQL, RDBMS Concepts and Microsoft .NET
• Framework, practical implementation of Object Oriented Concepts, N-Tier Architecture
• development and understanding of JSON, XML, SOAP.
• Good hands-on coding skills in Java Script, Ajax, C#, ASP.Net, jQuery
  Knowledge of working Android iOS mobile development would be added advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills are must.
• Candidates with experience will be preferred.
