AI/ML Developer

As an intern for the Artificial Intelligence business automation team, you will be focusing on researching and developing AI tools that automate some parts of our business automation. As business automation is important throughout the firm, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Springer. 

A.    Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

1. Obtain all the necessary approvals / NOCs from respective departments of Municipal Corporation, METRO, regulatory authorities etc.
2. Ensure all requisite No Objection Certificates (NOCs) are in place for necessary approvals within defined timelines.
3. Submit all relevant documents and follow up with the various government / regulatory departments of the stage of approval.
4. Establish, maintain and enhance working relationships across levels within the concerned government agencies / department.
5. Work closely with the Management, Legal and Sales teams to enable closures of the transaction through a structural, legal, and commercial due diligence process.
6. Collaborate with engineers, architects, 3D rendering companies etc. to determine the specifications of the project and implement accordingly.
7. Work towards any internal premise modifications and execute the same.

The team leader is responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members daily. able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Key  Responsibilities :

• Development of proprietary processes and procedures designed to process various data streams around critical databases in the org
• Manage technical resources around data technologies, including relational databases, NO SQL DBs, business intelligence databases, scripting languages, big data tools and technologies, visualization tools.
• Creation of a project plan including timelines and critical milestones to success in support of the project
• Identification of the vital skill sets/staff required to complete the project
• Identification of crucial sources of the data needed to achieve the objective.

Skill Requirement :

• Experience with data pipeline processes and tools
• Well versed in the Data domains (Data Warehousing, Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, Data Catalog, Analytics, BI, Operational Data Store, Metadata, Unstructured Data, ETL, ESB)
• Experience with an existing ETL tool e.g Informatica and Ab initio etc
• Deep understanding of big data systems like Hadoop, Spark, YARN, Hive, Ranger, Ambari
• Deep knowledge of Qlik ecosystems like  Qlikview, Qliksense, and Nprinting
• Python, or a similar programming language
• Exposure to data science and machine learning
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. Too familiar with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
