Role: Full Stack Developer Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design and develop production-ready web applications with excellent frontend user experiences and robust backend systems. You’ll work closely with our AI, product, and design teams to build interactive platforms connecting users with intelligent AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications with modern frontend frameworks and scalable backends.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate agent-driven APIs and real-time data into the UI.
• Design and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs and efficient database structures.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and user responsiveness.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following software design principles.

Requirements:

• THE CANDIDATE MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT AND HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF UI/UX DESIGN PRINCIPLES.
• Strong expertise in Frontend Technologies:React.js,HTML, CSS
• JavaScript,TypeScript, and DOM manipulation.
• State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API,Rest API).
• UI libraries like Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of database design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Knowledge of API design patterns, MVC architecture, and low-level OOP design.
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, version control, and collaborative workflows.
• Awareness of real-time data handling (WebSockets), security, and performance optimization.
• Prior experience building or deploying production-grade web applications through past experience and internships.
• Exposure to AI-powered or multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.

Meet with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to collect requirements, scope projects, and contribute to creative 

and technical concepts 

∙Implement modifications to existing campaigns to accommodate changes in user requirements 

∙Employ best practices in developing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests and personalization campaigns focused on user 

experience and effectiveness against project goals 

∙Identify areas for improvements and assist in managing projects to implement enhancements to completion  

∙Maintain campaign code in GitHub following established organization standards and development guidelines 

∙Ensure team process to enter and track implementation information including work items, tasks and issue management 

using JIRA 

Tools: 

∙Must have 5+ years minimum experience in building and maintaining web applications. 

∙Must have experience in web technologies HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript, Web services (SOAP/REST). 

∙Must have Experience in CSS and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery etc. 

∙Experience with SASS/LESS frameworks. 

∙Experience with source control systems like TFS, GIT etc. 

∙Experience with JavaScript application frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js is a plus. 

∙Knowledge of scripting languages and object-oriented concepts. 

∙Experience with Agile / Scrum software development practices. 

∙Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. 

∙Experience in any content management systems (CMS) preferred but not required.

A B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc, an UI specialist should have 5-7 years of experience in UI development. We are specifically looking for a specialist who has:

• in depth understanding of Single Page Application Development.
• high expertise in ReactJS concepts, including the modification and creation of ReactDOM /Virtual DOM elements and testing of ReactJS components (Jest, Enzyme)
• proficiency in JavaScript Functional Programming techniques (JavaScript, Strong Understanding of JS Array functions, Ability to build Pure JS functions, Modular JS Development, Proficient in using Webpack bundling)
• strong understanding of JSX Layout dynamics and Styling (JSX, JSS)
• strong understanding of global state management libraries e.g. Redux
• proficiency in agile development environment under open source gitlab including testing, change management
• exposure to full life cycle of enterprise product development
• [Desirable] high level of skill with UI Frameworks such as Material-UI (React) and Prime React

What are we looking for:

1. We are looking for someone that has an eye for design, solid experience in ReactJS, are value-driven and product-oriented. You will own all phases of user interface development.
2. From architecture and design to implementation and customer engagement. This role isn’t just about coding; it's about owning features end-to-end, translating them from concepts to user-centric products
3. Each engineer owns the feature they are building and is responsible for turning it into reality, and we will need your front-end expertise to find solutions to problems and challenges and deliver on roadmap objectives.
4. 4+ years of experience in web frontend technology, including React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
5. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management, particularly React.js and Redux.
6. Knowledge of 2D visualization libraries like D3 and 3D visualization tools such as Three.js and WebGL is a plus.
7. Expertise in developing solutions for complex problems and integrations, with a strong product sense to balance technical and product requirements.
8. Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech, learning experience & marketing.
9. Independent and capable of producing 'production ready' code with minimal guidance.
10. Proficient in performance optimization and CDN caching strategies.
11. Nice to have: Full stack experience working in backend.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build an advanced e-commerce admin dashboard application for our platform.
•  Proven working experience in React JS app development and experience with Web packs and integration with NodeJS.
