Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in clearing & settlement or trade operations
• Hands-on exposure to T+1 / T+2 settlement cycles
• Experience with brokers, custodians, clearing corporations, exchanges (NSE/BSE)
• Knowledge of reconciliations, settlement breaks, exception handling

Primary responsibilities will include:

• In-depth involvement and ownership of the financial and taxation due diligence function of the firm at every stage of the portfolio company’s transitional journey

• Developing a deep understanding and analysis of the portfolio company’s financial model

• Portfolio monitoring and financial/operational analysis

• Competition benchmarking and analysis

• Creation of frameworks and guidelines for key business functions both internal and with portfolio companies

• Stage-wise financial and operational goals setting and assessment for portfolio companies

• External and Internal reporting on a Quarterly and Annual basis

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience

• CA preferred

• Working in Big 4 or 6 companies

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Should possess strong ethics and high integrity

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Very good experience in all types of testing methodologies, test planning and test execution.
• Good knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• Should have Experience with automation testing using Selenium or any other API/Tool and leading automation developers.
• Experience in deployment of applications using any web server and maintaining a test environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and should have minimum 2-3 years experience in delivering Enterprise level projects as a Project Lead.
• Adhering to quality standards/process and time schedules provided.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Educational Qualifications ,Certifications & Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience

Certification: CCNA(Preferred), MCSA(Preferred), RHCE(Preferred)

Graduation: Any discipline. (Graduation in Computer Science or related field will be a big plus)

• Designing, building, prototyping, developing and implementing single-page responsive web applications for our cloud platform.
• Involved in decision making for design and technical aspects for modular and component-based architectures.
