We're now hiring our first Product GTM Associate to help us test messaging, automate outreach, and tell stories that resonate with the field — Project Managers, Estimators, and Construction Executives.

What You’ll Do

Run cold outreach on Smartlead, Clay, LinkedIn & email — messaging that feels personal, not spammy

Create story-first content — short, clear, and built around the voice of construction professionals

Own and test GTM motion: ICP → Copy → Campaign → Learn → Iterate

Work with tools like Zapier, Notion, Clay, Airtable, and V0.dev to automate and scale growth loops

Partner with the founding team to experiment with GTM channels, offers, and narratives

Who You Are

0–1 year of experience in product marketing, GTM, SaaS growth, or founder-led outreach

Technical background (CS, Engineering, Data) — you’re hands-on with tools and learn fast

Clear writer — you don’t fluff, you clarify. Bonus if you’ve published before (LinkedIn, blog, etc.)

Curious and iterative — you love launching small experiments and learning what works

You care about the product, not just the metrics. You want to understand the user and the job to be done

Position Overview 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and product teams to automate processes, implement best practices, and improve system reliability. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions using modern DevOps practices. 
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency. 
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime and impact on users. 
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and ensure code quality. 
• Manage and configure cloud-based infrastructure services to optimize performance and cost. 
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure applications. 
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues. 
• Conduct periodic security assessments and implement appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and security of systems and data. 
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. 
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents promptly to ensure system uptime and availability. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role 
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with AWS 
• Experience of building and supporting complex CI/CD pipelines using Github 
• Experience of building and supporting infrastructure as a code using Terraform 
• Proficiency in scripting and automating tools 
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols 
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments 
• Knowing modern security requirements like SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST will be a solid advantage. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and offer solutions
• Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end
• Code review for the source code delivered by team
• Understand the business requirements and deliver it through outsourced team
• Support/lead new technology initiatives and related technology deliveries
• Take part in evaluation of new products, POC, Time bound RND and solution deliveries
• Manage teams (both internal and external)/projects within given cost and time
• Plan, execute, track and report progress of initiatives taken up
• Adopt new processes/ improve existing processes to deliver better business solutions
• Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation
• Attend review meetings, business user meetings, IT meetings etc

• Minimum qualification required is Graduation in computers / electronics with an experience of 2-6 years
• Require good written and spoken communication skills
• Require ability to lead a team and manage delivery with help of partners.
• Require hands on experience in developing applications with Angular, .Net Core, Asp.Net, MVC, SQL and Node JS.
• Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues
• Require process orientation, ability to adopt new processes and improve existing processes on ongoing basis
• Require experience in developing responsive web applications
• Require hands on experience in scaling/load balancing applications
• Require hands on experience in writing queries on SQL technologies

We are looking for an experienced fullstack engineer with front-end development experience to join our team.
We will share our workload as a team and we expect you to work on a broad range of tasks.

Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:

• Implement responsive and performant UIs with user centered approach with frontend technologies including Angular 2, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
• Build back-end REST APIs on Python 3 based server frameworks for deployment and scaling of our product(s)
• Write meaningful test cases for frontend & backend platforms
• Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services
• Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

• At least 24 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments
• Expertise in programming using Python/Javascript or similar scripting languages
• In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs
• Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
