Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to address complex business problems.
• Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data, ensuring high data quality and relevance.
• Algorithm Optimization: Implement and refine algorithms to improve the performance and accuracy of AI models.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques and methodologies to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, including design specifications, training processes, and deployment strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.tech or M.tech or MCA or Bachelor’s or master's degree in Artificial intelligence, computer science or Data Analyst or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years’ Experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of deploying AI solutions in a production environment.

Technical Skills:

• Must have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience in integrating AI based solutions with web frameworks like Django, Flask.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcement learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research in AI/ML.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Roles and responsibilities

1. Participate and contribute in design and development of the core

components of the Filo service.

1. Ensure high quality of software development w.r.t to project

architecture, code quality, testing and deployment.

1. Implement testing frameworks and disciplines as part of every feature

development.

1. Own performance of app in production and implement/push for

implementation of systems to monitor, debug and fix an issue in

production in lowestTATpossible.

1. Advocate good engineering has the highest priority with the only exception

of value delivered to the end user.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop the front-end for our products and collaborate with designers, other engineers, and product managers to build new features, iterate on current features, and build a world-class user experience;
• Build responsive & reusable UI components using any one Javascript framework: React, Angular, VueJS, as per the specifications and guidelines;
• Be familiar with Responsive Web Design, common Web UX patterns and anti-patterns;
• Should have hands-on experience of improving web performance including optimising page load, rendering, caching etc;
• Be great at debugging, including identifying page speed and performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, React Dev Tools etc.

Required Skills:

• You should be well versed with RESTful APIs and it's best practices;
