​In this role, you will be on the front lines of driving growth within key industrial clusters across your assigned state/region, helping industrial leaders adopt modern, tech-enabled compliance solutions.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Territory & Cluster Management: Identify, map, and engage key industrial clusters across the assigned region/state.

​Solution Selling: Pitch and sell EcoTheta’s tech-based environmental compliance tools and solutions to executive decision-makers (Plant Heads, EHS Managers, Managing Directors).

​Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect, generate qualified leads, and close high-value accounts through direct outreach and networking.

​Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with industrial client stakeholders, understanding their operational challenges and compliance pain points.

​Market Insights: Gather feedback from the field on evolving compliance regulations, market trends, and competitor activity to help refine our offering.

​Who You Are:

​Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development—ideally selling tech solutions, SaaS, industrial products, or enterprise consulting.

​Industrial Sector Exposure: Familiarity dealing with manufacturing units (Textiles, Metals, Cement, Refineries, etc.) and understanding their operational workflows is a strong advantage.

​Tech Savvy: Comfortable pitching technology-driven platforms and explaining their practical value to non-technical stakeholders.

​Sustainability Driven: Authentically passionate about helping industries reduce their environmental impact and navigate sustainability standards.

​Field-Ready: Willingness to travel extensively across regional industrial clusters and operate independently on the ground.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native technologies. This role involves designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, improving system reliability, and driving automation across our cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud

infrastructure on AWS

• Lead DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized microservices

• Define and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform/CloudFormation

• Monitor production and staging environments using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana

• Support MongoDB and MySQL database administration and optimization

• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and cost optimization

• Guide and mentor junior engineers, and enforce DevOps best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience in production-grade environments

• Strong expertise in AWS services: EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.

• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production

• Proficient with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar

• Advanced scripting in Python, Bash, or Go

• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, and security protocols

• Exposure to monitoring and logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Experience with MongoDB and MySQL in cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect

• Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), Helm, or ArgoCD

• Familiarity with Zero Downtime Deployments, Canary Releases, and Blue/Green Deployments

1. Deployment, management, and administration of web services in a public cloud environment
2. Design and develop solutions for deploying highly secure, highly available, performant and scalable services in elastically provisioned environments
3. Design and develop continuous integration and continuous deployment solutions from development through production
4. Own all operational aspects of running web services including automation, monitoring and alerting, reliability and performance
5. Have direct impact on running a business by thinking about innovative solutions to operational problems

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or closely related field

3. Very strong in core CS concepts around operating systems, networks, and systems architecture including web services
4. Strong scripting experience in Python and Bash
5. Deep experience administering, running and deploying AWS based services
6. Solid experience with Terraform, Packer and Docker or their equivalents
7. Knowledge of security protocols and certificate infrastructure.
8. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills 
9. Broad experience with cloud hosted applications including virtualization platforms, relational and non relational data stores, reverse proxies, and orchestration platforms
10. Curiosity, continuous learning and drive to continually raise the bar
11. Strong partnering and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Past experience as a senior developer or application architect strongly preferred.
2. Experience building continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
3. Experience with Zookeeper, Consul, HAProxy, ELK-Stack, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
4. Experience working with, and preferably designing, a system compliant to any security framework (PCI DSS, ISO 27000, HIPPA, SOC 2, ...)
5. Experience with AWS orchestration services such as ECS and EKS.
