Functional Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership:

• Manage complete sales lifecycle for assigned mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Drive growth through new business, expansions, and upselling
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Pipeline Development

• Generate leads independently via LinkedIn outreach, CXO networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and outbound activities
• Identify target accounts and decision-makers; execute account-based sales approaches
• Collaborate with marketing while owning pipeline quality and volume

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in HubSpot CRM
• Share deal progress, risks, and revenue forecasts with leadership
• Provide market feedback to improve pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

Experience:

• Minimum 1-4 years of working with HRMS / Payroll / HCM SaaS solutions (Required)
• Demonstrated success in closing large, multi-month enterprise SaaS deals

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• MBA in Sales / Marketing / HR (preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION:. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Ensure new features and subject areas are modelled to integrate with existing structures and provide a consistent view. Develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flow and data models of the data warehouse appropriate for various audiences. Provide direction on adoption of Cloud technologies (Snowflake) and industry best practices in the field of data warehouse architecture and modelling.

• Providing technical leadership to large enterprise scale projects. You will also be responsible for preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Desired Experience/Skills:
• Must have total 5+ yrs. in IT and 2+ years' experience working as a snowflake Data Architect and 4+ years in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects.
• Must have experience at least two end to end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse and 3 end to end data warehouse implementations on-premise preferably on Oracle.

• Expertise in Snowflake – data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
• Expertise in Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features
• Expertise in deploying Snowflake features such as data sharing, events and lake-house patterns
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Big Data model techniques using Python
• Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse
• Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling)
• Experience with data security and data access controls and design
• Experience with AWS or Azure data storage and management technologies such as S3 and ADLS

Your Roles and Responsibilities

The Application Manager is responsible for building and growing the Synapsic's radiology AI platform - Radiolens. The Application Manager works with product managers and team to create designs for various components of the application, to meet the application’s goals of providing fast and seamless radiology reporting while maintaining scale and extensibility. The Application Manager works with a team of engineers to build these components and owns the end-to-end delivery. The role requires an understanding of various technology choices and a deep understanding of Javascript, React, Nodejs, Mongodb, Python technologies to make right tools and technology choices and then create modules and programs using those technologies.

This is a highly visible role working directly with founders and requires a mix of technical acumen and team leadership skills to drive the execution of the platform. This person must be creative, ask questions, and be comfortable challenging the status quo. The position is based in our Bangalore office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end application development 
• Work along with product managers and teams to ideate, execute and deliver end-to-end software solutions. 
• Design, build and develop full stack apps with microservices.
• Ensure analysis, efficiency, responsiveness, scalability and cross-platform compatibility of applications through captured  metrics, testing frameworks, and debugging methodologies.
• Collaborate with Artificial Intelligence, data and other teams to integrate other products with the application
• Technical documentation through all stages of development
• Create design, develop modules, and coordinate efforts with the development team, working on application architectural implementation
• Guide and manage development team on all deliverables, including technical design, logical and physical design of the solution, coding, testing, and debugging
• Collaborate with Product Analysts and Product Managers to estimate and plan work and provide status updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 6-10 years of experience.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Nodejs, Python, shell scripting
• Hands on with Reactjs or similar framework/library.
• Proficiency with at least one no-sql database such as MongoDB.
• Experience with platform components and REST APIs, to define platform interfaces and boundaries
