Job Description In this role you will work cross-functionally with Growth, Design, Business Development and Engineering to create, set-up and execute campaigns. You will develop and expand our lifecycle engagement strategy. Finally, you will report on the success of campaigns using metrics and data to continuously improve our efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES • Analyze email data (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion) and develop insights/recommendations to share with internal stakeholders for ongoing optimization • Analyze and optimize Social/SEM/affiliate campaigns • Manage the creation and execution of promotional and lifecycle email marketing to customers • Produce, review, and schedule all emails QUALIFICATIONS • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience at a top tier e-commerce, retail or tech company • Understanding of email best practices and compliance • Understanding of social best practices and growth hacking techniques • Proficient in Excel; strong analytical experience and ability to extract key insights from data sets • Top notch communication & organization skills • Flexible and willing to operate under tight timelines
