1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 5 years of Java EE development experience.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

• Search, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate and collaborate with our sales, delivery, and support teams in the creation of sales-related documents, specifically pre-sales activities, documents, proposals, client presentations, due-diligence, risk assessments, and more.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding clients' existing business processes and requirements and providing pre-sales support for our Sales Managers and Account Managers.

Proposals- In this role, you will need to understand the requirements and create a winning proposal or presentation based on inputs from multiple technology and domain teams. You will need to coordinate with different teams to ascertain inter-dependencies and maintain an overall proposal delivery project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and associated timelines.

Repository - You will be responsible for creating and maintaining case studies, introductory segment presentations, and samples in coordination with delivery and sales teams.

Pipeline Reporting- The role also involves sales pipeline reporting and tracking, including financial and sales activity reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all standard company presentations, brochures, and collaterals are up-to-date and indexed properly in the repository.

As a self-starter, you will be expected to identify key issues and priorities and focus on delivering required results with minimal direction and supervision. Multitasking with a high level of ownership is essential for success in this role, considering the high level of role seniority and sensitivity.

Market Intelligence- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of the market through a thorough analysis of demand-supply dynamics, competition landscape, value chain, and regulatory frameworks governing the industry. The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

• Contribute to knowledge base articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
• Own large customers for day to day interactions with customers as required. Ensure SLAs are adhered to the accounts
• Ensure successful transition from SE, have regular connection with customers team management and attrition management.

People Management & Recruitment:

• Recruit and manage the team - Coach and Mentor the team members on career growth including performance management discussions. Be the evangelist for a high-performance culture

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5-7years of solid experience in software product development. Should be in a manager role for at least 4+ years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computers Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
