About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth and manage relationship for Banking and Fintech domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, account management, and consultative selling, with a proven ability to align IT services with client needs and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen relationships with the strategic accounts in the Banking and fintech domain by aligning IT solutions with their needs and finding opportunities to increase revenue.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

• Conduct regular business reviews to identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities.

• Lead account mapping, connect with key decision-makers, and facilitate client visits to build a strong pipeline.

• Drive client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships for sustained growth

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

o MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).

• Extensive experience in managing accounts in Banking and Financial services domain.

• Proficient in risk analysis, effort estimation, cost estimation, and budget/resource management.

• Strong expertise in working with enterprise customers, engaging in consultative selling, and nurturing client relationships.

• Proven ability to develop and execute account and territory plans to expand customer base.

• Skilled in managing sales pipelines, assessing opportunities, and driving transactions to closure.

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in front-end web development with the following tools: HTML5, CSS, Webpack, Responsive web design, ReactJS (Components, Router, Redux, Flux, Chart Libraries i.e. Google Charts), Node.js, REST APIs, and other essential features)
• Built and deployed customer-facing services and products at scale
• Developed unit and integration tests
• Solid instruction-level understanding of Object Oriented design, data structures, and software engineering principles

• You have a strong background in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
• Experience with open source projects in a startup environment
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems that have thousands of microservices and manages millions of transactions per day
• Worked on products where experimentation and data science are core to the development
• Experience with Python and API frameworks (Flask)
• BS, MS or equivalent

About The Role

CapitalNow.in the technical team is seeking a hands-on UI Developer with a noted experience on Angular and has experience on UX/UI Designing. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow.in.

Responsibilities

• Implement templates, design graphic user interface elements like menus tab widgets.
• Gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Involve in product meetings, understand the requirement and propose the UX.
• Write complex and critical code required for creating templates (and reusable code) in Angular latest versions using HTML5, SCSS.
• Unit test the code and deploy build for testing.
• Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability
• Strong experience in software design patterns and development methodologies

Essential Qualifications

• Have at least 1-2 years of hands-on working experience in Angular applications and SPA.
• Have 2+ years of strong It development experience.
• Have in depth knowledge on UI development, Responsiveness.
• Have experience on HTML5, CSS3 and SASS.
• Having knowledge on Photoshop and XD etc..
