Key Responsibilities: -

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career

pathways.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/ERP systems.

Individual Contributor Role

• Responsible for handling the direct sale (Field Sales) at the prospects site.

• 100% on field B2C sales Area- PAN Mumbai Navi Mumbai- Western, Central and Harbor

• Generation/ souring of prospects appointments for the sales.

• End to End Sales Profile- Generation of leads through Cold calling (Open Market), Scheduling Appointments with Prospect, personally meeting them and closing the sale.

• Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location.

• Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.

• Handling the HFRP (Happy Family Reference Programmes)

Full Stack Development:

● Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions across front-end and back-end stacks.

We are looking for a Client Key Account Manager who has an experience in coordinating with the clients and the Digital marketing team. Not only do you need to know the fundamentals of LinkedIn or PPC Ads, but also be experienced enough to come up with campaign strategies and manage long term while getting results.

Accounts handled: You should have handled minimum 50 lakhs worth of ad spent in past on either PPC campaign / LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

CapitalNow is seeking an Android Developer with notable experience in Java and Kotlin development. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow.
