As we continue to scale, we're looking for mid-senior Full Stack Engineers who are passionate, ambitious, and eager to make an impact in the AI-driven future of work.

About You

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in React, Python, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Automated CI/CD: Experienced in implementing and managing automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS Cloudformation.
• System Architecture: Skilled in architecting scalable solutions for systems at scale, leveraging caching strategies, messaging queues and async/await paradigms for highly performant systems
• Cloud-Native Expertise: Proficient in deploying cloud-native apps using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS), with a focus on serverless architectures to reduce overhead and boost agility..
• Development Tooling: Proficient in a wide range of development tools such as FastAPI, React State Management, REST APIs, Websockets and robust version control using Git.
• AI and GPTs: Competent in applying AI technologies, particularly in using GPT models for natural language processing, automation and creating intelligent systems.
• Impact-Driven: You've built and shipped products that users love and have seen the impact of your work at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and Innovate: Develop and scale AI-driven products like Gigi (AI Outbound SDR), Jim (AI Inbound SDR), Automate across voice & video with AI.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Product, GTM, and Engineering teams to deliver world-class AI solutions that drive massive value for our customers.
• Integrate and Optimize: Create seamless integrations with popular platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot, enhancing our AI’s capabilities.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenging problems head-on, from data pipelines to user experience, ensuring that every solution is both functional and delightful.
• Drive AI Adoption: Be a key player in transforming how businesses operate by automating workflows, lead generation, and more with AI.

• Understand the business and the potential to promote the business and brand.
• Analyzing market and sales information
• Identification of prospective clients.
• Preparing a go-to-market strategy on digital, social media and print media
• Set up a Brand identification strategy and execution plan
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, and pricing, and maintaining research databases.
• Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing data and reviewing the competitor's reach
• Supports sales staff by pre-sales tasks, providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, and new product information; relaying customer services requests
• Follow up with Clients through the CEO's contacts
• Website maintenance and press releases
• Marketing collateral – creation and maintenance and presentations

• Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
• Reporting to management on marketing and sales activities

• A field sales executive travel to locations to advocate supply of products to the customers they have targeted and the ones who they are already dealing with.
• It also involves operating outside their offices pitching potential clients and to maximise the company's sales of their products and services.
• These tasks are often performed over cold calling or knocking all doors or even scheduling all meetings with the customers at the offices.
   

Responsibilities

• Primarily your focus should be on the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific region.
• It is completely different from being a general sales executive because this particular job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers or to maintain relationships with the customers whom you are already working with.
• Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss their products would meet their requirements.
• Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service which your company is offering.
• Focus should be to increase the sales of the company
• Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
• Must also carry out a survey to figure out the current trends in the industry such as prices of the products and the demand for it etc.
• Must totally focus on increasing the business by making various sales targets and estimating sales targets.
• They need to generate business leads for the company which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

• Use latest processes and technology in order to build scalable, distributed, and

fault-tolerant site/software systems.

• Research and evaluate new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality,

reliability, and performance of the frontend engineering’s site/software development

systems and processes

• Apply usability principles and procedures and optimize builds. Reuse through

documenting common frontend components that save the business time in executing

future projects.

• Emphasize a consumer-focused approach in building sites/software and works with both

senior and junior frontend teams in determining the prioritization and estimation of new

features and improvements.

Requirements/Qualification

• Minimum 6 years experience in software engineering. At least 3 years of frontend

experience working in React with Redux Framework

• Highly proficient in CSS3, HTML5, Javascript. Also proficient in tools like Bootstrap and

Webpack for building products across multiple screen resolutions and browsers.

• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and demonstrate design and user

interface/user experience skills.

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and communication skills

• Participate in technology discussions to perform POC’s & help in scaling the application
• Provide technical guidance to other team members.

What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

• 3-5 Years of hands-on experience on Java with knowledge of Garbage Collector, JMS, Event Based programming, Collections, Java Streams, Spring Dependency Injection Framework.
• Experience in Angular 2+.
• Experience working with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Working knowledge on application Servers (WildFly)
• Strong experience in REST Web Services.
• Good knowledge in writing DB queries (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environment and proven knowledge of scripting languages
• Exposure to MQ / AMQ messaging system.
• Sound knowledge of Design Patterns

Skills

• Desired to have knowledge of JMX
• Agile – SCRUM or XP or TDD methodology preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
