●Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.

● Conduct quality-related reviews of customer service and engagement performance, evaluating against client and internal quality standards to ensure proper call and transaction handling.
