Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dietician to join our Tele counselling team. You will provide remote nutrition guidance and lifestyle counselling to clients via calls, video sessions, and chat, helping them achieve their health goals through personalized diet plans, education, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic or video consultations with clients to assess dietary needs, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
Create and deliver personalized diet plans based on individual health goals (weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol, etc.).
Track progress, address queries, and follow up regularly to ensure adherence and motivation.
Educate clients on healthy eating habits, label reading, and long-term nutrition strategies.
Use Watch Your Health’s platform to document cases, track data, and engage users.
Collaborate with health coaches, doctors, and tech support for integrated care.
Participate in webinars, content creation, and digital campaigns as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
Registered Dietician (RD) or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, etc.).
Basic understanding of chronic lifestyle diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, obesity).
Comfortable using mobile apps, chat platforms, and tele health tools.
Friendly, empathetic, and goal-oriented approach to patient care.
Desirable Skills:
Prior experience in tele counselling or online diet consultation.
Familiarity with health monitoring devices and digital health tools.
Ability to explain complex health topics in simple, motivating language.
Time management and ability to handle multiple clients.
