Deep Learning Coputer VIsion Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Production Quality Control

 Inspect incoming façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, sealants,

fasteners, etc.) for compliance with approved specifications.

 Monitor façade fabrication processes, including cutting, machining, assembly, and

glazing to ensure adherence to quality standards.

 Verify proper calibration and operation of machinery used in façade production.

 Conduct in-process and final inspections of façade panels and units.

2. Installation Site Quality Control

 Inspect façade installation on-site, ensuring alignment, fixing, sealing, waterproofing,

and thermal insulation meet approved drawings and method statements.

 Monitor installation tolerances, anchorage systems, and structural safety

requirements.

 Identify non-conformities at the site and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

3. Testing & Compliance

 Conduct or supervise façade-related tests such as water penetration tests, air

infiltration tests, structural load tests, adhesion tests, and visual inspections.

 Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, BS,

EN, ISO), and local building regulations.

 Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection checklists, and NCRs (Non-

Conformance Reports).

4. Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain detailed QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), MIRs

(Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), and QC daily

logs.

 Support QA/QC Manager in compiling QA documentation for project handover.

 Track and follow up on corrective actions and improvements.

5. Coordination & Communication

 Coordinate with production supervisors, site engineers, project managers, and

subcontractors regarding quality issues.

 Participate in quality meetings, site inspections, and audits.

 Provide technical guidance and training on quality procedures for façade works.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Architecture, or related field.

Experience

 2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or

aluminum/glass fabrication.

 Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.

 Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.

 Understanding of façade testing procedures.

Key responsibilities:

· Work closely with the design and product teams to help craft conversational experiences for our users

· Ability to work independently to deliver features that the team design

· You need to own outcomes without someone watching over you

· Understand the data we have and identify how we could leverage it to create more personalised experiences for our users

· Fine tune models with data specific to our use case

· Use different RAG approaches to augment data that the LLM already ha

Ability to be a leader and independent contributor (we’re a startup so be ready to do whatever it takes)

· Setup new workflow, systems and tool from the ground up (you will have support, but we’re building things from scratch)

Requirements:

·      Masters/Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or relevant field

·      10+ years of overall work experience

·      1-2 Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI

·      Hands-on experience in various LLM fine-tuning techniques (e.g. LORA), LLM inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM), advanced RAG pipelines

·      5-6 years of machine learning/deep learning experience within frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

·      Experience using RAG base approaches

·      Understanding of financial concepts and investing would be a big plus but not required

·      Publications at reputable machine learning conference or journal

Basic Qualifications

● Experience: 4+ years.

● Hands-on development experience with a broad mix of languages such as JAVA, Python, Javascript etc.

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA, (Python and nodeJS can be considerable)

● UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery etc. are good to have.

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.
