About the job

As a Senior SIP Engineer, you must take complete ownership of supporting all VoIP infrastructure, debugging issues related to specific servers or software, or remote clients such as SIP devices (both virtual such as soft-phone or WebRTC client, and physical such as a desk phone or an on-premise PBX), and providing fixes.

• Support customers during EST timezone during critical releases or emergency incidents 5+ yrs of supporting global VoIP services and/or applications on cloud-based servers.
• Expertise in SIP call flow analysis and debugging Expertise in setup and maintaining SIP-based monitoring, debugging, and alerting services
• Experience scripting call flow, dialplan, and custom routing with FreeSwitch using LUA and XML
• Experience in debugging Kamailio and Freeswitch-based applications is a must Good problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience working with open-source projects
• Exposure to SIP Carrier Integration
• Advanced Experience with cloud media infrastructure (load balancers, gateways, SBCs, STUN, TURN)
• Advanced Knowledge of all modern VoIP protocols/platforms including (SIP, RTP stack & SDP, RTCP, TCP, UDP, SIP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS)

We are looking for a Java developer responsible for building Java applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Backend (Mandatory/Must to have skills) :

1. Core Java/Java8,
2. Spring boot,
3. Spring Security,
4. Hibernate or any other ORM (Object Relational Mapping) framework.
5. SQL/PL-SQL (Oracle or Mysql or postgresql) but mostly Oracle
6. Restful webservices
7. Git

Backend (Good to have skills) :

1. Knowledge of SOAP based webservices
2. Struts framework
3. Microservices

Backend (Not absolutely necessary but plus point if candidate has knowledge about ) :

1. Docker
2. Apache Kafka/ any other messaging queue tool like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc.,)
3. Cloud experience AWS/Azure

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of our company.
• Assist & train Customers to implement their process and help them to resolve their support queries.
• Increase overall retention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Eliminate risks proactively and share product feedback and experience with the Product team.
• Showcase newly released features and maximize consumption, share a road-map with customers and gather their feedback to improvise the product.
• Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Being the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionality.
• Customer onboarding, training, and support.
• Making customers aware of resources such as knowledgebase articles, tutorials, how-to videos, and webinars.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices.
• Analyzing customer data and helping them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them.
• Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn.
• Firefighting during account escalations.
• Account management and renewals.
• Keeping customers updated on changes to the product they're using, new features, and new products they might find useful.
• Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
• Upselling and cross-selling through review of customers' progress.

Requirements:

• Post Graduation (MBA).
• Experience of a growing company with a focus on personal growth.

4 - 8 overall experience.

• 1-2 years’ experience in Azure Data Factory - schedule Jobs in Flows and ADF Pipelines, Performance Tuning, Error logging etc..
• 1+ years of experience with Power BI - designing and developing reports, dashboards, metrics and visualizations in Powe BI.
• (Required) Participate in video conferencing calls - daily stand-up meetings and all day working with team members on cloud migration planning, development, and support.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts & design using star, Azure Datawarehouse, and data vault.
• Requires 2-3 years of experience with SQL scripting (merge, joins, and stored procedures) and best practices.
• Knowledge on deploying and run SSIS packages in Azure.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Bricks.
• Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
