Database Administrator (PostgreSQL)

We are seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background in C++, CUDA programming, and Linux to guide our development team in building cutting-edge solutions for device integration and high-performance computing tasks. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical expertise with team management skills to deliver high-quality software products.

Duration – 1 year contractual position (candidate will be on Hiring Panda Payroll)

Experience Range – 4 to 5 years

Notice Period – Immediate, candidate should join within 7 days

Location – Kandivali, Mumbai (Only local candidates of Mumbai is acceptable)

Primary responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using C++ and CUDA.

• Design and implement parallel algorithms for GPUs to accelerate computational

workloads.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize CUDA kernels for performance, scalability, and memory efficiency.

• Analyze performance bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.

Code Review and Testing:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Develop and execute test cases to validate functionality and performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the software engineering and research teams to understand

requirements and deliver robust solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members when necessary.

Documentation:

• Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user

manuals.

Required Skills:

• C++: Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).

• CUDA Programming: Extensive experience in developing, debugging, and optimizing

CUDA applications.

• GPU Optimization: Familiarity with memory hierarchy, shared memory, streams, and

warp-level operations in CUDA.

• Parallel Computing: Solid understanding of parallel algorithms and multi-threaded

programming.

• Mathematical and Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and

numerical methods.

• Tools: Experience with debugging/profiling tools like Nsight, CUDA Memcheck, or similar.

• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and convincing skills.
• Candidate with knowledge in Upwork, freelance,PPH, Guru or other business portals would be preferred.
• Candidate should have hands on Experience on Lead Generation,Business Development, Strategic Selling. Solution Selling etc
• Good analytical skill & requirement understanding, skills should be good.
• Expertise on Graphics Design, Animation, Web Technologies, IT domain.
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
• Should have experience in Writing RFI,RFP.
• Must be good with negotiation skills, converting leads & generation business.

Qualifications and Skills

• Lead generation for Graphics design, Animation, Design Projects website design
• Identifying and generating the business from existing accounts, enhance business from new accounts.
• Presenting the ideas and budget to the client
• Negotiating and presenting creative work to clients
• Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the clients projects.

Responsibilities:

• PowerPoint presentation editing/creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.
• Help the business development team in preparing collaterals by editing business presentations to make them client ready.
• Follow design and brand standards.
• Improve and revise graphics file as necessary. Good design principles.
• Work with design team to edit educational material.
• Design and edit expert level PowerPoint presentations.
• Use deep knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Word.
• Apply creative layout solutions to presentation slides.
• Execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction.
• Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning.

Mandatory requirements:

• Excellent design skills, and experience with formatting business presentation and documentation
• Team player.
• Preferred experience in Animation, Infographics, and Slide Designing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience of PowerPoint Designing in eLearning content development of educational Industry.

• Well versed in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Visio) is of vital importance.
• Having a workable knowledge of Adobe tools is required to work with Photography, Illustrations, etc.
• Should know elements like color theory, typography and layout
• Knowledge of the design principles, document production and print / digital processes.
• Graphics Animations Skill is required

• Typing speed required min 30 WPM in Marathi and English Language.

Description:

We are looking for a computer vision engineer to lead our team in developing a factory floor analytics SaaS product. This would be a fast-paced role and the person will get an opportunity to develop an industrial grade solution from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop computer vision solutions for industries (BFSI, Beauty and personal care, E-commerce, Defence etc.)
• Lead a team of ML engineers in developing an industrial AI product from scratch
• Setup end-end Deep Learning pipeline for data ingestion, preparation, model training, validation and deployment
• Tune the models to achieve high accuracy rates and minimum latency
• Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding about depth and breadth of computer vision and deep learning algorithms.
• 4+ years of industrial experience in computer vision and/or deep learning
• Experience in taking an AI product from scratch to commercial deployment.
• Experience in Image enhancement, object detection, image segmentation, image classification algorithms
• Experience in deployment with OpenVINO, ONNXruntime and TensorRT
• Experience in deploying computer vision solutions on edge devices such as Intel Movidius and Nvidia Jetson
• Experience with any machine/deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, and PyTorch.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
