About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Support Engineer to join our growing team at Deqode. This role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Splunk, and who have hands-on experience supporting and maintaining large-scale applications in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications in a production environment.
- Actively monitor application health using Splunk, identify issues, and drive timely resolutions.
- Debug, analyze logs, and troubleshoot incidents to determine root causes.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams for bug resolution and performance tuning.
- Write and maintain documentation for support processes and RCA reports.
- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure high availability of services during night hours.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Maintain SLA adherence and manage incident ticket lifecycles effectively.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Java (Advanced Level) – Strong programming and debugging capabilities.

Requirements:
Prospective Sales Manager candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the sales field, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS organization or startup. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.
The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about allocating Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.
