• Delivering efficient and effective corporate governance and secretariat support and advice
• Advising and keeping the management informed about their legal responsibilities
• Maintaining statutory registers and other records as per relevant legal Act(s)
• Drafting and vetting of various legal documents and agreements for the company
• Being responsible for all regulatory compliances of the company
• Convening various meetings as per procedure in law
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory policies and changes that might affect the organization
• Planning and coordinating internal audits
• Handling corporate filing and managing the processes and procedures related to the same
• Preparing various reports of the company by ensuring compliance of relevant rules, laws and regulations
• Working closely with various key stakeholders and acting as a point of coordination for matters related to corporate governance
• Improving processes related to corporate governance and secretariat by identifying and working on opportunities to improve coordination and communication

• Qualified Company Secretary with relevant work experience of 3 – 5 years
• Previous experience of practical corporate compliances and also proven ability to handle independently corporate compliance of listed Company according to Listing Regulations.
• Must be active in understanding various amendments.
• Excellent knowledge Company/SEBI Law. In-depth knowledge of the industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• Outstanding and vigilant planning and implementing abilities

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• Taking lead on projects, as needed.

• Collaborating with a team of like-minded and experienced engineers for Tier 1 customers, you will focus on data engineering on large complex data projects. Your work will have an impact on platforms that handle crores of customers and millions of transactions daily.

• As an engineer, you will use the latest cloud services to design and develop reusable core components and frameworks to modernise data integrations in a cloud first world and own those integrations end to end working closely with business units. You will design and build for efficiency, reliability, security and scalability. As a consultant, you will help drive a data engineering culture and advocate best practices.

What are we looking for?

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Room or Realm DB, BLOC pattern based development, Redux and RX Dart

3. You have the ability to explain your algorithms and solutions and understand how to ask questions with respect to mobile app development and web development scenarios

6. In terms of day to day work, for 2 years you should have done the following:
1. At least 2 to 3 live projects in Flutter or Native Android or iOS
2. Thorough understanding of Dart programming for mobile application development
3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
