Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the Mumbai branch and maintaining a healthy Profit

Job Description:

Create a sales team and technical team.

Identify and close deals into SMB/Enterprise segment.

Manage a healthy relationship with the OEMs, team members and customers.

Lead the team to achieve targets.

Sell data security and data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai.

Meet Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly target of customer meetings and sales targets.

Skill Requirements:

At least 7 years of sales experience with a reseller organization selling cyber security or backup solutions to corporates of Mumbai.

It’s a Client facing role with a proven experience into security or backup solution sales.

Must have a good understanding of IT Security solutions (Endpoint/Networking/Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGF, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset etc) or backup solutions (server backup, desktop/ laptop backup, replication).

Should have managed a team for the last 3 years.

Mandatory Requirement

At least 7 years’ experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai from Mumbai

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

At least 7 years’ experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of

7+ years of experience in the Mandatory Requirements given below.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 7 years

Working Days: 6 days Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per company norms plus 25% as variable pay on achieving targets

What duties does the job involve?

During your time as a Business Development Executive in our ITL team, you will:

 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. (Keep an eye out)

 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. (now’s the time to fight that irrational stage fright!).

 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences (added advantage if you’re an extrovert, sorry).

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, and always remember, that teamwork makes the dream work.

 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

What duties does the job involve?

During your time as a Business Development Executive in our ITL team, you will:

 Achieve assigned International Products Sales Target.

 Prospect assigned market and add monthly new Customers.

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 

 Follow a structured Sales process to close new deals.

 Retain and grow existing Customers.

 When needed, coordinate internally to resolve Customer disputes to their satisfaction. 

Maintain local market competitive intelligence.

 Maintain Sales Report and MIS.

 Represent Company in external events and opportunities like exhibitions or conferences.

 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• 5+ years of JavaScript experience
• Extensive experience with Angular and Ionic
• 5+ years of object-oriented software development of web applications

Education

• Bachelor of Science in CS, MIS, or equivalent.

Experience : 2 - 3 Years of working experience in Frontend 

Proficiency using modern web development technologies and techniques, including

(HTML5, JavaScript) 

Location : South Delhi; 5 Day Working

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Major Skills : JavaScript and ES6; HTML5/CSS3, Minimum 1 year flutter experience, etc

Requirements :

• Experience with Node.js as a backend framework and MongoDb or dynamodb (NoSQL)
• Experience with AWS and bitbucket
• Knowledge of integrating HTML with JAVA

Responsibilities :-

• Experience working with front-end web development and have worked on frameworks

like react js, angular js and / or Flutter

• Architect and develop a scalable and maintainable website/app
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, investigated and solved UI performance issues
• Architect solutions, establish best practices and introduce/implement new technologies.

• Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies
