We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data, preparing reports, and delivering meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders
• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Keyword Research

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content and ranking improvements.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve website rankings.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, PPC, email marketing) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and create tailored digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Competitor Analysis

• Perform ongoing competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine strategies.

Continuous Optimization

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital campaigns for maximum conversion and ROI.

Stay Current with Trends

• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising trends to ensure Pexaworks remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Video Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, enhancing engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

Experience

• Professional experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in improving search rankings and driving traffic.

SEO Expertise

• Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.

Marketing Skills

• Experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.).

Analytics Skills

• Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.

Problem-Solving

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Communication

• Y-Axis receives over 45,000 enquiries each month. You will be responsible for counseling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person. 
• Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision. 
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies. 
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile. 
• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs. 
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in JavaScript Frontend Framework/Library (ie ReactJS, gatsbyjs, AngularJS, Vue.js)
• Experience in JavaScript Backend Framework/Library (ie Node.js, Express.js)
• Experience with Popular React.js Workflows (i.e. Flux or Redux)
• Familiar with JavaScript Standard ECMAScript (or ES)
• Knowledge of secure authorization mechanisms, i.e. JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (i.e. NPM or Yarn, Gulp or Grunt)
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, etc.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors such as Stylus, Less
• ORM Knowledge (i.e. Sequelize or Mongoose)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
