As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process by demonstrating SmartWinnr’s products and solutions to prospective customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, craft tailored demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present solutions in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers.

• Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, addressing any technical questions or concerns that arise.
• Document and maintain records of all customer interactions, demo sessions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with the product team to relay customer feedback and help refine product offerings.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and other sales-related documentation.

Professional Experience

We are seeking a Bioinformatician with a strong background in genomics and transcriptomics, and proven experience with biological ontologies. The successful candidate will analyze outputs from pre-processed biological pipelines and support their integration into a biomedical knowledge graph.

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret genomics and transcriptomics datasets from existing pipelines

Leverage biological ontologies (e.g., GO, DO, HPO) to structure and standardize biological entities

Assist in designing and building components of a biological knowledge graph

Collaborate with computational biologists, data scientists, and software engineers

Document processes and contribute to reproducibility and data governance standards

Qualifications:

MSc or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field

Strong knowledge of genomics and transcriptomics workflows

Experience working with biological ontologies and controlled vocabularies

Familiarity with RDF, OWL, or other semantic web technologies is a plus

Proficiency in Python, R, or similar data analysis tools

Key Responsibilities:

● Work closely with product managers, designers, frontend developers, and other

● Cloud Platforms: Familiar with AWS and experienced in Docker containerization and

orchestrating containerized systems.

● System Architecture: Proficient in system design and architecture with experience in

developing multi-tenant platforms, including security implementation, user onboarding,

payment integration, and scalable architecture.

● Linux Systems: Familiarity with Linux systems is mandatory, including deployment and

management.

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
