For global companies, kaam.work solves two primary pain points: (1) high costs and headaches of drawn-out full-time hiring cycles, and (2) friction around the legal, admin, infrastructure, and management demands as well the hassles of navigating through recruiting challenges in India.

Kaam.work solves these pain points by creating a new remote engagement model for the modern workforce. Our AI-powered platform converts your English description of business objectives and goals scientifically into work modules and skillsets that will be matched within our own curated pool of Rockstars, who are already full-time members of kaam.work – we call them the KaamForce.

The matched members are onboarded immediately and work with global teams remotely from premium co-working spaces in India.

For KaamForce members, we: (1) pass on savings realized through removal of bloated unnecessary bureaucratic layers at current services orgs in the form of much better, globally-aligned compensation (2) offer much higher dedicated engagement through direct integration into global teams and provide the ability to rotate through brands over time without wasting energy on a series of job searches

GoodWorker, is an exciting new technology start-up, with a social agenda, set up with one dream in mind; help transform the lives of blue-collar workers the world over, by leveraging data decentralized technologies; our focus is to start with helping them advance their careers and ultimately to enable them to improve the quality of lives for themselves & their families.

GoodWorker is a joint venture between SchoolNet & LemmaTree (a 100% subsidiary of Temasek): we will talk about this in a bit, about how each of these names add to our story. We raised 35 Mn USD in late 2020. We then used 2021 to build our founding team (headquartered in Bangalore), invested in deep consumer & market research to understand the lives of blue-collar workers and identified opportunities to do better by them. We also launched & scaled a biz model that today, leverages a marketplace of hiring partners across India, to help workers not only discover jobs across sectors but also handhold them till they finally join employers of their choice.

Building on the insights and expertise developed during this period, we have launched our ‘career builder marketplace’ comprising of multiple technology platforms.
