Key Responsibility Areas:	Building and integrating information systems to meet the Clients need. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. Resolving technical problems as they arise. Driving and providing solution in RFP/RFI. Providing supervision and guidance to development teams. Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed. Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have. Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. Analyzing and documenting requirements. Setting the collaboration framework. Creating a solution prototype. Participating in technology selection. Controlling solution development.
Required Skills:	Proven work experience as Technical Architect or Project Manager Hands-on experience in software development and system administration Knowledge of strategic IT solutions Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Spring/SpringBoot,Microservices, Rest APIs, Python etc Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, UNIX, and databases like MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Mongo Db, etc.. Experience in cloud computing and cloud Technologies   Excellent communication skills – you should be adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining key concepts to managerial and technical resources. Good Anticipation and problem-solving skills – an expert technical architect should be able to anticipate where problems might crop up and find solutions before the system gets deployed.  Ability to deal with pressure – must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to prioritize and manage time – IT projects often have fixed deadlines that cannot be averted Relationship building - Ability to form a good rapport with clients, managers, and colleagues as part of trust-building  In-depth knowledge about quality standards, legislation, and best practices
Qualification	Degree or Post Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant subjects

Responsibilities:
• Expertise in Developing, Managing and implementing core features in Automation Framework using Selenium& TestNG.
• Work closely with the Developers and Engineers to achieve a high level of code coverage
• You create the necessary automation library and framework.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with Java coding and OOPs knowledge is must

Responsibilities and Duties

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

create and evaluate department-wide process improvements and initiatives
• Identifies and provides direction to support team members to modify behavior that could be
adversely impacting group effectiveness and productivity
• Proactively facilitates schedules, procures, and technical training for teams and individuals
• Facilitates positive change in direct reports, department culture, and product development
values
• Encourages and supports others to take on responsibility, authority, and accountability
• Responsible for new hire training and smooth transition into teams
• Schedules and attends one-on-ones with direct reports, with regularity determined by the
expressed needs of direct reports
• Schedules, leads, and prepares content for regular performance discussions for direct reports

• Researching relevant influencers & content creators and establishing
relationships with them
• Aptly selecting influencers & content creators basis brand objectives
• Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Managing the P&L of all influencers executed across platforms

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience will be preferred. However,
freshers are more than welcome to apply.
