Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership▸ Own the end-to-end product roadmap for your charter — from ideation to launch to post-launch

▸ Make data-backed prioritisation decisions balancing user needs, business impact, and technical
feasibility
Data-Driven Decision Making
▸ Deep-dive into user data, engagement metrics, funnel analytics, and retention cohorts to surface
insights
▸ Design and run A/B experiments; interpret results rigorously and translate them into product bets
▸ Build and maintain dashboards (SQL, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar tools) to track KPIs and
health metrics
▸ Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to build predictive models and personalisation
capabilities
Cross-Functional Execution
▸ Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth teams to ship high-quality features
on time
▸ Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure shared alignment across
stakeholders
▸ Remove blockers, unblock engineers, and maintain sprint velocity without compromising product
quality
User Research & Market Intelligence
▸ Lead user interviews, usability studies, and surveys to deeply understand our user segments
▸ Monitor competitive landscape across live streaming, social gaming, and creator economy
platforms
▸ Translate qualitative insights into quantified product opportunities
Growth & Monetisation
▸ Identify and execute levers for user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention (AARRR)
▸ Partner with business teams on monetisation features — virtual goods, coins, gifting,
subscriptions
▸ Own creator and user lifecycle journeys across apps in the Tamasha ecosystem
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
▸ 6–7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead PM role▸ Strong data orientation — comfortable writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and driving
product decisions from data
▸ Must-have experience in Consumer Applications with large user bases (1M+ DAU preferred)
▸ Proven track record of owning 0→1 features as well as scaling existing products
▸ Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority
▸ Prior experience in Social Entertainment or Gaming industry is strongly preferred
Nice-to-Have
▸ Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Firebase, or similar tools

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Javascript to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on building responsive, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-facing features that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable frontend components and applications using modern Javascript frameworks and libraries.
