We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to work closely within the Product team, partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure initiatives progress with clarity, momentum, and accountability.

What You’ll Really Do

• Drive execution of product initiatives and platform enhancements across product, engineering, and design
• Translate product requirements and roadmap items into clear plans, milestones, timelines, and ownership structures
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product release readiness, including coordination around integrations, security, compliance, and analytics requirements
• Collaborate with customer-facing and delivery teams to support smooth product rollouts and adoption
• Track progress, risks, analytics, and delivery health using structured trackers and dashboards for internal and relevant external stakeholders
• Gather relevant market and customer inputs to inform execution decisions
• Proactively unblock issues and close loops to ensure commitments are met

This Role Is for You If:

• You have 4–6 years of experience in project or delivery management within product-led or tech-heavy teams
• You are comfortable operating in product environments, working closely with PMs, engineers, and designers
• You understand agile ways of working — backlogs, sprints, prioritisation, and delivery cadence
• You can engage confidently with technical systems, AI-enabled platforms, and data-driven workflows
• You are comfortable analysing metrics and delivery data to anticipate risks and course-correct early
• You bring structure to ambiguity and consistency to execution
• You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and take ownership for outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise technology products
• Familiarity with learning platforms, simulations, or behaviour-change products
• Interest in how adults learn, how behaviour shifts, and how technology can support both
• Comfort working with AI-powered tools and modern product delivery stacks

Position Summary

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, quality, and release of our organization's web and mobile applications.

Essential Functions

• The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and release of our organization's web and mobile applications. 

• Working closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the business need and design software solutions to meet the product requirements 

• Develops applications using Application programming interfaces (APIs) and service-oriented architecture 

• Develops unit and automation test scripts under the test-driven development lifecycle 

• Contributes to the coding best practices by participating in code reviews and supporting code merges and releases.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

Work Experience

• Typically 5+ years Hands-on object-oriented programming in Java and Javascript (UI) frameworks

Skills

• Understanding of all phases of Software development life cycle

• Software Development Experience with Java

• Experience with UI modern framework like AngularJS or ReactJS

• Experience with microservice architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and knowledge of API protocols like REST, gRPC, and graphQL

• Familiar with coding and testing best practices as well as ability to understand complex business problems and design high quality technical solutions.

• Knowledge about the Caching technologies and DBMS technologies like Oracle or MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB

Website Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Monitor website load speed and ensure optimal user experience across devices.
• Identify performance gaps, suggest improvements, and track progress.
• Conduct website audits focusing on technical SEO, usability, and site speed.

Visual Analytics & User Behavior Analysis:

• Track visual analytics (heatmaps, session recordings) to identify issues.
• Report on user behavior patterns and suggest actionable improvements.
• Identify and report website issues such as broken links, slow-loading pages, or improper visual elements.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work with the marketing and development teams to align website goals with business objectives.
• Provide regular performance reports, highlighting issues, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

Overseeing all technology operations including Software, Networking,

Hardware and Security along with evaluating them according to

established goals.

• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the

implementation of strategies set by upper management with plans for

redundancy, zero to no downtime and constantly improving business operations

and processes

• Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their

technology needs.

• IT Head manage and supervise an organization's technical operations which

includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology.

• IT Head should have in-depth knowledge of new software development, able

to prepare Wire frame design & Architecture, able to design and describe

SOW for all new IT software development.

• Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with

• Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and

requirements.

• Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.

• Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.

• Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for

improvement.

• Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

• Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.

• Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.

IT AVP Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• A master's degree in computer science is preferred.

• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Warehouse Management

(WMS)/Supply Chain Management (SCM), Cloud Storage (Azure/AWS), DAM, MS

365, Marketing Automation and other business applications

• Knowledgeable in successful API integration of CTI and other communication

technologies like whatsapp with business applications

• Identifying vendors, developing SOW and wireframes, successfully managing projects

to completion for Websites (js/node/react/shopify/wordpress etc) and application

development

• Use of low code/no node application development in MS platforms would be

desirable

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the role: 

You’ll be an early engineer in a newly formed engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for you to learn, build, demonstrate, and subsequently own diverse components of our tech stack and evolve as we scale our business. Minimum Qualification:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering building SaaS platforms & products, particularly frontend development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS and React. Working knowledge of other frameworks is desirable.
• Proficient in software design, modularity, testability and software quality
• Fast self-learner, with the willingness & interest to learn new technologies, languages & frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Additional desired qualifications:

• 4-7 years of overall experience in software engineering either as a Frontend engineer or a Fullstack engineer, with significant frontend experience
• Deep understanding of integrating with a variety of backends and APIs (ReST, GraphQL). Experience with node/Python/RubyOnRails is desirable
• Strong flair for usability, consistency, and balancing aesthetics with functional design.
• Experience working with data-intensive applications and data-visualisation libraries such as Chart.js, and D3.js is desirable
• Expertise in building debugging, improving the performance of web applications

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple teams
