Technical Program Manager- Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at RapidClaims, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional execution of large-scale technical initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to design, plan, and deliver mission-critical programs that power our AI-driven revenue cycle management platform. This role requires a balance of strong technical depth, program management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless alignment across teams and stakeholders. Role Definition: The Technical Program Manager will own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact technical programs. This includes roadmap alignment, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring projects are executed with speed, quality, and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can translate business goals into technical execution plans, and is passionate about building scalable systems that redefine healthcare AI. Qualification: ● Experience: 2-4 years in program management, preferably within SaaS, AI/ML, or healthcare tech environments. ● Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud-native systems, APIs, and data workflows. ● Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana. ● Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements into actionable plans. ● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams and present to leadership. ● Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. The Business Development Executive will:

• Be the first point of contact for potential clients.
• Explain Biopeak’s health programs.
• Understand client needs and connect them to the right experts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: -

1. Should be a graduate, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA with at least 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in NBFC Sector.
2. Should be aware of NBFC Regulations.
3. Skilled in data analysis on excel and hands on experience in preparing power point presentations.
4. Knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing principles and practices, management principles and preferred business practices

    Focussed on delivering scalable performant database platforms that underpin our customer data services in a dynamic and fast-moving agile engineering environment.

·    Experience with different types of enterprise application databases (PostgreSQL a must)

·    Familiar with developing in a Cloud environment (AWS RDS, DMS & DevOps highly desirable).

·    Proficient in using SQL to interrogate, analyze and report on customer data and interactions on live systems and in testing environments.
