Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects across multiple departments, including content creation, link building, and SEO analysis.

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, ideally in a fast-paced startup or digital marketing environment.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools like Linear and Notion.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

-Must have the knowledge of SharePoint.

-Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure services, ensuring smooth operation and security compliance.

-Perform machine repairs and maintenance tasks, including diagnosing hardware issues and replacing faulty components.
