Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Account Manager with strong experience in the Dubai/UAE enterprise B2B EdTech market. The ideal candidate will manage and grow large corporate accounts, drive enterprise sales, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Account Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients across the UAE
- Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D Managers, and Procurement teams
B2B Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and close high-value enterprise deals
- Manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
EdTech & Solution Selling
- Position EdTech solutions such as LMS, corporate learning programs, certifications, and digital training
- Understand client business challenges and recommend customized learning solutions
- Conduct presentations, demos, and proposal discussions
Market & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE education and corporate training ecosystem
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing)
- Support enterprise onboarding and ensure high customer satisfaction
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and account performance
- Prepare regular reports on revenue and account health
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales or Corporate Account Management
- Mandatory experience working in the Dubai / UAE market
- Prior experience in EdTech, Corporate Training, LMS, or Learning Solutions
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals
