Work you’ll do

As a ML/ AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent software to solve business problems. You will collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to incorporate ML and AI technologies into existing or new workflows. You’ll analyze new opportunities and ideas. You’ll train and evaluate ML models, conduct experiments, develop PoCs and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Designing, training, improving & launching machine learning models using tools such as XGBoost, Tensorflow, PyTorch.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle and MLOps, including model deployment, performance tuning, on-going evaluation and maintenance.
• Improve the way we evaluate and monitor model and system performances.
• Proposing and implementing ideas that directly impact our operational and strategic metrics.

Who you are

You are an engineer who is passionate about using AL/ML to improve processes, products and delight customers. You have experience working with less than clean data, developing ML models, and orchestrating the deployment of them to production. You thrive on taking initiatives, are very comfortable with ambiguity and can passionately defend your decisions.

Requirements and skills

• 4+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, or Scala.
• Proficient Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization, DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices and platforms like MLflow.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with AI foundational models and associated architectural and solution development frameworks
• Broad understanding of data structures, data engineering, statistical methodologies and machine learning models.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create highly responsive B2C web-app using a wide range of open source frontend and backend technology.
• Create single page applications using a wide range of javascript & cutting edge libraries/frameworks.

 What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferably from IIT,NIT & other premier institutes.
• Rockstar Javascript developer, who appreciates the intricacies of JS as well as passionate to follow new trends in JS.
• Experience with product companies.
• 9-12 yrs of software development on advanced JavaScript stack (Native Javascript, Asynchronous Request Handling, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, etc).
• 2-4 yrs of experience in leading and mentoring a team. 
• In-depth knowledge in ReactJS & NodeJS
• Proficiency in any other modern web frameworks will be a plus.

Primary Duties

• Build a broad knowledge across various systems and processes via knowledge transfer and capture any missing information on the wiki

• Gather software requirements by talking to various stakeholders and document them

• Implement software solutions after discussing the requirements and taking direction from the Technical lead and talking to other colleagues within and outside the team

• Provide necessary effort and time estimates for tasks to aid scheduling and prioritization

• Provide necessary 3rd line support to the Operations teams including software fixes as needed

• Work on any BAU development activity including on-boarding new data sets and delivering new markets into the system

• Work with external vendors from time to time to gather necessary requirements for new data or changes to existing data specifications

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Essential

• 4+ years’ experience of programming in Java.

• Willing to carry out operational data tasks alongside developing new solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of customer support associates on customer issue investigation and resolution by applying understanding of GST compliance requirements, GSTN APIs, Eway Bill APIs and E-Invoicing APIs etc.
•   Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems, to guide support team
• Updating self-help documents or preparing FAQ’s, to build knowledge base of support team on issues raised by ASP Partners and Corporates.
• Ensure timely response to customers with accurate guidance for issue resolution, by measuring the performance of support team on response SLA and quality of response.
• Manage ongoing interaction with key client relationships to build the relationship to level of being the preferred and only service provider for GST compliance requirements.
• Manage monthly billing operations across customer portfolio – including a good control on receivable ageing and reporting to management on realization delays which require management intervention.
• Manage regular interaction with GST Network for customer issues. Build a strong relationship with GST Network to achieve quicker turnaround from GSTN on deliverables.
• Keep a close watch on any updates from GSTN and/or the ASP-GSP ecosystem, to convey relevant updates to our customer portfolio. 

As Java Developer at BRIDGEi2i, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of BRIDGEi2i in Business Intelligence Applications. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project managers, designers. 

You are expected to develop prototypes of the system design and work with lead, frontend developers, testers and project managers as appropriate throughout development cycle. You may work on multiple projects and products. You will contribute as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; providing tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in core Java/J2EE
• Strong knowledge of one of the web application framework such as Spring 4, Hibernate
