Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant to the General partner at Boldcap Venture Partners LLP, you will work closely with the partner, schedule meetings for the partner, ensure smooth running of the office, manage HR related activities and manage internal and external communication with employees, vendors and other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the point of contact between the executives, teams and internal or external colleagues.
• Organizing meetings and closing the loop end to end.
• Handling correspondence directed to general partner.
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries of the general partner.
• Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Co-ordinate with vendors and ensure payments are being processed in time.
• Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
• Maintain all expenses sheet with supporting documents like bills, invoices etc.
• Maintain salary file of all employees with reimbursement details if any, check the same and provide to the accounts/payroll team for payroll processing of all Boldcap employees on 30th//31st of every month.
• Co-ordinate with accounts & compliance team for bookkeeping and filing activities.
• General administration and HR-related activities.
• Ensuring employees are adhering to all the policies (travel policy, leave policy etc.) of the company.
• Maintain all leave requests of the employees and keep track of balance leaves in their credit as per the leave policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bcom/Mcom/BBA.
• Must have at least 1 year experience as an EA and possess 5 or more years of experience in total.
• Event management skills & team handling skills will be an added plus.

Technical Expertise

Mandatory:

• Should be a team player with at least 8 years of provensystem administrator/pre-sales experience.
• Should have deep technical knowledge and real-world usage ofapplication and operating system environments.
• Should have strong knowledge of windows/Linux operatingsystems.
•  Should have knowledge on networking concepts, network devices(VPN), security concepts (MFA), network protocols, filesystems & AAA.
•  Should have strong knowledge in any one Desktop Virtualization Technologies (Citrix Apps & Desktop / VMware Horizon / WVD/ MS RDP etc.).
•  Should be proactive, self-motivated and should be able to partnerclosely with the sales Account Manager.
•  Should have ability to map customer’s requirement to thecompany product.
•  Good to have expereince in RFP.
•  Should be aware about Telugu, Hindi, Engilsh language.
•  Should be able to articulate the advantages and disadvantages of the offerings based on real- world example.

Role and Responsibilities:

•  Learn & certify in on the Company's products.
•  Post certification, one should be able to articulate anddescribe company products during presentations & white-boarding sessions with customer.
•  Good knowledge of the competitive product mainly in VDI andVPN (remote access) domain.
•  Should conduct interactive demonstrations remotely or physically.
•  Pre-sales Account management and presentation.
•  Solution Designing, sizing, and deployment of Accopsproducts and related 3rd party products.
•  Prepare competitive study documents andarchitecture documents.
•  Build, improve and maintain high standard of pre-sales andpost-sales support.
•  Create knowledgebase around the product, including KBarticles, tutorial videos creation, FAQs, best practices documents.
•  Manage customer expectations and demonstrate a strongfollow-up on customer’s inquiries.
•  Give technical training to partner’s sales and pre-sales team.
•  Industry Knowledge
•  Understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices related to digital workspaces, remote work, and workforce transformation.
•  Familiarity with compliance regulations, security considerations, and data privacy requirements in relation to digital workspace solutions.

• Good to have:
•  Pre-sales experience in a Startup preferably in the VDI,VPN, MFA, MDM, Azure, AWS etc.
•  Prior knowledge of Accops products.
•  Knowledge in solution designing/ Solution architecture.
•  Customer interactions at management level.
•  Knowledge of windows server/windows
• 10/RDS license.
•  Prior experience in drafting RFP and understanding about process in RFP and GEM portal
•  Implementation of one or more of products mentioned in Technical skill requirement. 

Job functions/Description:

• Work on building custom web pages and websites for departmental applications.
• Work on improvements to existing web pages and sites, as well as connecting to backend databases to extract and store data.
• Build reports as needed for user requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies around reporting, low-code webpage development and others.
• Assist team lead in testing new enhancements to our websites and reporting solutions.
• Test of the website enhancements that we are doing, especially from a compliance/audit perspective.
• Support and ongoing patching/maintenance of our systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Remote for 6-12 months due to the pandemic, then Mumbai, Maharashtra

Required experience:

1-2 years and above experience in developing frontend UIs using HTML5, CSS, Javascript with ReactJS. Candidate must have experience with data binding and state management (Redux/MobX)

Key Skills required :

1. Proficiency in HTML5 development

2. Proficiency in CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap ⅘
