React JS Developer

The Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer with deep React expertise you will help us build high-performance, data-driven web applications. You’ll play a key role in designing intuitive UIs, implementing complex interactions, and ensuring our platform is scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced React components for data visualization, interactive dashboards, and document workflows
• Write high-quality, testable code (TypeScript, Jest, React Testing Library)
• Implement complex UI patterns such as drag-and-drop, advanced search, and responsive layouts
• Integrate and enhance PDF viewing and annotation features (PDF.js)
• Optimize performance for large datasets and ensure smooth cross-browser experiences
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years professional experience with React.js + TypeScript and modern React patterns (hooks, component design, state management)
• Strong TypeScript skills for scalable and maintainable code
• Advanced CSS/Tailwind CSS knowledge
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Solid understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Storybook and component-driven development
• Experience with data visualization libraries
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (React Virtualized, lazy loading)
• Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) best practices

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Description :

- Very good experience in design and development on UI front end Technologies.

- Minimum 3+ Years of web application development using HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript.

- Experience in development of Angular 2/4/6.

- Expertise in Responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS pre-processors SASS and LESS

- Good in UML, OOPS, design principles and patterns, architectural trends and data modeling.

- Strong in JavaScript (object oriented concepts) & JavaScript optimization

- Experience on JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS etc.

- Ability to convert Wireframes in to UI design

Tech Lead – Software Development

Tech Lead will be responsible for development and project delivery. She will also provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing and coaching team member in best practices in development
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on new and legacy technologies.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Package and support deployment of releases
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent
• 12+ years’ experience as a Software Developer with at least 3+ years in a similar role
• Prior experience in a technical leadership position
• Proficient with .NET/Angular/React/Node JS and SQL
• Extensive hands-on Experience in ASP.Net Core, MVC.

• Excellent understanding of database tuning, design, optimization, and scaling using MS SQL and NoSQL databases

• In-depth knowledge and experience with developing web applications with service-oriented framework, Microservices and Rest APIs
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories

Your responsibilities: 

• You will be working together with fellow junior and senior Frontend developers, helping to improve the group's skill level and exchanging new ideas.
• On a daily basis, you write JavaScript/Typescript/ES6/Angular/React and HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/Stylus)
• Closely collaborate with designers and the rest of the technical team (Backend, DevOps, QA) to make sure we’re all aligned.
• You will manage projects with open-source JavaScript and TypeScript libraries and frameworks (we're big on React and Angular), and explore new technologies (GraphQL, AppSync, Apollo). 
• Code reviews are, of course, a part of your responsibilities as well as providing high-quality work.

What it takes to excel in this role 

• Strong core JavaScript and TypeScript
