Role Overview
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is excited to work at the intersection of data, technology, and women’s wellness. You'll be instrumental in helping us understand user behaviour, community engagement, campaign performance, and product usage across platforms — including app, web, and WhatsApp.
You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate on AI-powered features such as chatbots and personalized recommendations. Experience with GenAI or NLP is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources (SQL databases, CSVs, APIs).
· Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, user behaviour, and marketing performance.
· Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to uncover actionable insights.
