Position Overview :

PGAGI Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a UI/UX Designer (0–2 years experience) who is passionate about building intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who understands design fundamentals and is eager to leverage modern tools like Figma and AI-powered design assistants (e.g., Stitch) to accelerate design workflows.

You will work closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to design interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also practical, consistent, and easy to implement.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Execution:

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Ensure consistency across components, layouts, typography, and color systems.

User Experience & Problem Solving:

• Understand product requirements and translate them into intuitive user flows and experiences.
• Design for different states, including empty states, error states, and loading states.
• Simplify complex workflows into clear and usable interfaces.

AI-Assisted Design Workflow:

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Stitch) to speed up design iterations and ideation.
• Use AI as an enhancement tool while maintaining strong design judgment and decision-making.
• Continuously explore new AI-driven design tools and workflows.

Collaboration with Engineering:

• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are feasible and efficiently implemented.
• Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines for development.
• Iterate on designs based on technical constraints and feedback.

Design System & Consistency:

• Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system.
• Ensure reusable components and consistent UI patterns across projects.

Feedback & Iteration:

• Take feedback from internal teams and improve designs iteratively.
• Identify usability issues and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work included).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (spacing, typography, hierarchy, consistency).
• Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Awareness of responsive design principles.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly (not just create visuals).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to AI-driven design workflows.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI design tools (e.g., Stitch or similar).
