Role Overview 

The AVP – Engineering & Technology will own the entire technology ecosystem of the company end-to-end. This role is responsible for product architecture, engineering execution, AI strategy, platform scalability, security, and technical excellence across all products and services. 

This is a hands-on leadership role with complete accountability—from product vision to production reliability. You will act as the technical custodian of the company, working closely with the CEO, Product, Business, and Customers. 

This role is ideal for entrepreneurial leaders, ex-founders, or senior technologists who have built and scaled products and teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

Technology & Product Ownership 

● Own end-to-end product engineering for all SaaS platforms and AI solutions

● Define and drive technical vision, architecture, and long-term scalability ● Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of platforms

● Translate business vision into robust, scalable technical systems

AI & Innovation Leadership 

● Lead the AI roadmap including LLM-based agents, automation, and intelligence layers

● Drive build vs buy decisions for AI, infra, and tools 

● Ensure responsible, secure, and cost-effective AI adoption 

● Continuously evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage Engineering Execution & Delivery 

● Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams 

● Set engineering standards for code quality, DevOps, testing, and deployment

● Own delivery timelines, tech debt management, and release governance

● Establish strong engineering culture, accountability, and ownership 

Stakeholder & Business Alignment 

● Partner closely with CEO, Product, Sales, and Customer Success

● Support enterprise deals with technical confidence and credibility

● Act as the final escalation point for all technical risks and decisions ● Present technology strategy and progress to leadership and board 

What We’re Looking For 

Experience & Background 

● 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture

● Proven experience leading large-scale SaaS platforms 

● Strong exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, APIs, cloud-native architectures ● Experience owning products from 0 → 1 or 1 → scale 

● Prior experience as Founder, Co-founder, CTO, VP Engineering is a strong plus

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager

Reports To: Director

Location: Navi Mumbai

Industry: Doors manufacturing or Real Estate only

Experience Required: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting and financial operations across

multiple group companies.

 Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.

 Manage asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation schedules, and asset audits.

 Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and income tax filings, along with compliance to all statutory requirements.

 Supervise accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation processes.

 Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

 Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for audits, assessments, and regulatory matters.

 Implement and maintain strong internal controls, accounting systems, and process documentation.

 Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support cost optimization and profitability.

 Manage fund flow, working capital, and vendor payment planning.

 Support management in investment planning, risk management, and long-term financial strategy.

Key Skills & Requirements

 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

 6–10 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting management, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-company setup.

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESIC compliance, and other statutory regulations.

 Expertise in financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

 Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

 Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure data integrity.

 Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with auditors and senior management.

Target profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software engineer.

3. Strong proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as

modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

4. Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Java.

5. Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

6. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD processes.

7. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

8. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

10. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a small team.

• Reviewing the team’s performance on a regular basis, then developing or replacing staff to have a consistently high performing team

• Should have experience in B2C tele sales management    
• Experience in the education loans vertical is a plus, but not mandatory
