Content Marketer (Bengali speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support for hardware, software, OS, internet, and networking issues.
• Install software, troubleshoot system problems, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain accurate records in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Process shipments, returns, work orders, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts for dispatches and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with packaging and carrier guidelines.
• Meet performance targets (KPI/MPS) and maintain punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.
• Call center or customer support experience is an advantage.
• Technical troubleshooting knowledge required.

Office shift time- 5am to 2 pm, 4am to 1 pm  (Daylight saving)

Technical SEO Management

Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements.

Content Strategy and Optimization

Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and addresses user search intent. Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation based on keyword research and industry trends.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Track and analyze key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and conversion rates. Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends

Client Communication and Team collaboration

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEO initiatives, provide updates on campaign progress, address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field.
