Your role will combine product, technical, and industry knowledge that will help us build an amazing product and better businesses.

What you'll do?

• Drive and manage Customer Success Outcomes

o   Post sales customer activation.

• Product Sales Activation

o   Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-selling and up-sell

o   Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores

o   Drive new business growth through more excellent advocacy and reference-ability

• Define and Optimize Customer Lifecycle

o   Map customer journey

o   Develop listening points in the journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.)

o   Standardize interventions for each point in the journey

o   Define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies

o   Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

o   Learn from best practices in the industry

• Measure Effectiveness of Customer Success

o   Define operational metrics for the team

o   Establish a system for tracking metrics

o   Create cadence for review within the team

o   Expose a subset of metrics to the executive team, company, and board

• Lead Customer Success Team

o   Recruit and train managers for each functional role

o   Attract high potential individual contributors into the team

o   Create a rapid onboarding process for new team members

o   Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle

o   Encourage continuous learning within the team

• Inspire Customer Success Across Company

o   Create a company-wide culture of Customer Success

o   Align with Marketing around marketing to existing clients

o   Align with Product around driving product roadmap

o   Align with Sales around cross-sell and up-sell and focus on selling with a retention focus

o   Align with the Executive Team around key metrics and objectives

o   Drive company-wide definition of the ideal customer

o   Create a company-wide customer feedback loop

• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing best practices and processes for the customer success team
• Understands and adapt to functional and technical aspects of the product
• Ability to maintain a high-valued outcome-based relationship with an eclectic customer profile base
• Capability to gain trust and credibility by addressing customer’s needs and concerns
• Can Perform onboarding of accounts with the clients and ensure the best ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifetime
• Have Stellar presentation skills, client management, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated progressive management experience leading teams
• Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
• Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning
• Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

We are on a mission to enable businesses to build agile and accountable technology teams that can deliver results in a secure and scalable way. You will be working in one such technology team for our clients across the world.

• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers and designers to build website following client requirements

• Create clear, simple, and reusable code

• Develop all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance

• Identify programming bottlenecks and bugs and find fixes

• Test, update and validate web applications to be used on different web browsers

• Execute automated testing platforms and system tests

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• At least 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js

• Hands-on expertise in REST, MySQL/PostgreSQL, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

• Familiarity with Docker and AWS infrastructure

• Understanding of data security principles

• Proficiency in JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.
• Ability to write clean ruby code.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Github, SVN, and Mercurial.
• Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of server-side templating languages including Slim and Liquid.
• Familiarity with testing tools.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• A background in front-end web development and/or API development.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Redux, AngularJS,  or comparable JavaScript MVC framework.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following client-side build tool: Webpack, gulp, jspm
• Have a good understanding of what good UX and UI design are.
• Experienced in client-side framework/technologies before such as: React, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experienced in using client-side build tools such as gulp, WebPack, JSPM, NodeJS, and other CLI is a plus

• Development experience in both mobile & web.
• End to end development experience is highly preferred
• Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
