Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Application Packaging Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in enterprise application packaging and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Package applications using MSI/MSIX with InstallShield or AdminStudio.
• Virtualize applications using App-V or ThinApp.
• Deploy applications through SCCM or Microsoft Intune.
• Perform application compatibility testing and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Create and customize installation scripts using PowerShell or VBScript.
• Analyze application dependencies and ensure smooth enterprise deployments.
• Provide L2/L3 support for application packaging and deployment issues.
• Document packaging, deployment, and testing activities.
• Work with infrastructure and support teams to ensure successful application rollouts.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Understanding of Windows registry, file system, and application dependencies.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

We are inviting UI-UX Designers who enjoy working with knowledge, can work with a vision, and can appreciate the technology aspects of the product - to be a part of the design & build team for assembling such digital knowledge products.

Your Role

1. Rigorous thinking-through of product goals, product concept, architecture, flows, use cases, usage conditions/ constraints, etc. (in collaboration with the project team)
2. Translating into interface designs and specifications for technology, and walkthroughs, communications, if any.
3. Early testing with the project team & users and evolving it to a working solution.
4. Collaborating with the technology team to develop a working product/ application.
5. User testing with pilot groups and documentation of usage, and response to the product. Evolving the product and supporting adoption.

Qualifications:

About the role

• Calling is an integral part of Bizup’s interaction with its users. Candidates are expected to create conversations with app users and sellers on the platform. 
• Calls users who have opened and used our app to understand their needs and solve them using Bizup. Candidate needs to be his ‘friend’ who will help the user buy in wholesale better using Bizup.
• Onboard sellers in target wholesale markets and maintain relationship with them so they create interesting content on the platform.

What we are looking for

• Min. 1+ yr of customer calling experience for a sales process. Preference to candidates who have worked in fashion / apparel category or worked with e-commerce companies such as Udaan, Indiamart, TradeIndia etc. Or worked with fintech selling products such as loan, insurance etc. on call
• Candidates who can have conversations and engage the other person on call will be preferred over candidates who can just reading out a script given and fill data in an excel.

What you will do:

• Work with stakeholders (product owners, project managers, and scrum masters) to define and clarify requirements.
• Provide technical and work direction to the other global developers (be their conduit to the local team)
• Hands-on development of defined architecture and design of both front-end and back-end programming.

• Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks like UnitJS, Mocha
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or Visual Studio Team Services
