Key Responsibilities:

  Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.

  Implement and integrate with back-end services, databases, and APIs.

  Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

  Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

Required Qualifications:

  Proven experience as a Golang Developer or similar role in software development.

  Proficiency in Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.

  Experience with server-side development, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

  Familiarity with common Go frameworks and tools such as Gin.

Knowledge implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

  Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

  Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

  Strong understanding of concurrency and parallelism in Go.

  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.
• Project Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.
• Team Management: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
• Custom Development: Architect and build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Integrations: Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and API integration tools such as Mulesoft.
• Platform Optimization: Manage, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce environments, identifying opportunities for improvements in performance, security, and user experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements, recommending updates and innovations to keep systems at the cutting edge.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and efficient code management processes.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications

Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform

with primary focus on HRSD development

 Responsible for design and architect of HRSD application like HR case

management, Enterprise On-boarding , HR integrations, Employee centre ,

HR taxonomy(etc.

 Work closely with the user experience and platform team to create and

enhance HRSD Employee portal and mobile application.

 The developer will be involved in developing and maintaining Processes on

ServiceNow platform and will need excellent knowledge of Service Portal

setup, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. jQuery, AJAX, angular.js etc.

 Testing of new and existing functionality

Experience and Skills

Required

 About 4-7 years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow

platform Development & administration )

 Expertise with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery application

in the area of HR case management , HR lifecycle events(On-boarding ,

offboarding etc etc), Employee Centre.

 Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap ,

AngularJS etc

 Experience with Now mobile app.

 Experience in extensive cross-browser testing and support.

 Hands on ServiceNow integration experience using Web Service, SOAP

/REST.

 Practical experience of servicenow integration with ERP systems like Oracle

Cloud

 An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.

 Passion to work in Enterprise Applications area.

 Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical & debugging skills.
